除了想要體態更好之外

但我真的不敢去健身房
只能在戶外跑跑步
好希望這個病毒可以快點解決😫
但是還是要講
那些需要居家檢疫和隔離的人
到底是哪個字聽不懂
就是不能出門
不管買飲料買咖啡
見朋友還是開趴
就是不行‼️ 不行‼️ 不行‼️
是腳很癢？還是錢太多？
可不可以不要這麼自私又愚蠢🤬
Trying to strengthen the immune system and improve the appearance of body. All I can do is to work out at outdoor space instead of a gym during this period. Really hoping the virus problem can be solved in a near future. And there is one thing, very important, if you are required to quarantine at home which means you can’t step out of your house. Going to buy coffee or beverage, meeting your friends or having a party in your house are completely not allowed. Is that hard to understand? Please don’t be a selfish and stupid person.
