2015年OneBeat 國際青年音樂家交流計畫,1月5日起正式開始接受線上報名! 報名表及詳細辦法請上官方網站:1beat.org,歡迎所有才華洋溢、創意豐沛、喜愛共同創作的台灣音樂人報名參加。
OneBeat國際青年音樂家交流計畫,是由美國國務院教育文化事務部與夥伴單位Found Sound Nation共同策畫推動,徵選並邀請全球最優秀的音樂家前往美國,進行為期四星期的駐村交流與合作巡演。本計畫2012年首度執行,三年來獲致令人驚艷的合作成果,並得到參與者的高度肯定。2015年度OneBeat徵選時程即日起至2月14日止接受線上報名徵選。
本計畫是一個新形態的藝術專案,透過建立一跨國界的交流平台,讓來自世界各地的音樂人,跨越文化的藩籬共同創作與交流,進而促進國家與國家、美國與他國間的溝通與了解。建議報名者除了在報名表上詳述專長項目,也要敘述報名參加此交流計畫的目的、期望達成的目標、以及如何透過本交流計畫,發揮對社會及社群的實質影響力。
OneBeat 2014 今年秋天來自17個國家25位年齡19-35歲的音樂家,在國務院的贊助下來到加州灣區的蒙塔爾沃藝術中心(Montalvo Arts Center)駐村兩週(10/8-22),期間一起作詞、寫曲、編曲、製作錄製專輯,並以兩週展開OneBeat音樂之旅,前往美國西南部三州巡迴表演集體創作的音樂、帶領工作坊及參訪等,傳遞溝通、正面與和平的訊息。
明年度(2015/2016) OneBeat的徵選辦法日前出爐,請上表演藝術聯盟及國家文化藝術基金會網站查詢。

OneBeat, founded in 2012 by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is partnering with New York-based organization Bang on a Can’s Found Sound Nation to present a music based diplomacy program that brings musicians together in the United States to encourage cross-cultural collaboration and understanding. You can apply on-line from January 5 through February 14, 2015.
OneBeat is an incubator for music-based social entrepreneurship where innovative musicians from around the world launch collaborative projects designed to make a positive impact on local and global communities. Applicants are advised to clearly describe, in addition to their musical specialties, why they are applying for this program, what goals to achieve and how to best engage in community through this collaborative exchange program.
In 2014, 25 musicians from 17 countries participated in OneBeat. They worked together to collaboratively write, produce, and perform original music, and travelled through the Southwest United States to develop ways that music can make a positive impact on our local and global communities.

The 2015 program will start receiving applications on January 5, 2015.
OneBeat is an incubator for music-based social entrepreneurship where innovative musicians from around the world launch collaborative projects designed to make a positive impact on local and global communities. In 2014, 25 musicians from 17 countries worked together for two weeks to collaboratively write, produce, and perform original music, and then spent another two weeks in the Southwest United States developing ways that music can make a positive impact on our local and global communities.
