雖然我們拍了很多自由潛水視頻和照片 但是自由潛水是一個極限運動 It's not for everyone 還是很危險 如果你們對自由潛水有興趣 我強烈建議 先學會游泳 再去上自由潛水課程 再下水 然後要懂海流 大海的狀況很難預測 請大家注意安全 Always dive with a buddy!!!

我們下去是想更了解為什麼地球在退化 如何地球和海洋世界已經被人類影響到了 甚至氣候變化的影響 海洋生物越來越少了 如果我們不做任何事 如果繼續讓地球退化 繼續污染 繼續破壞 在很短的時間內很多海洋生物將滅絕
我們從地球服用過多 而回饋不夠多 我和Dizzy很愛大自然 很愛地球 很愛海洋世界 我們想要學習怎麼幫助怎麼保護 想要讓大家知道為什麼我們不能讓海洋生物走向滅絕 它們的存在對地球是多麼重要 大家來幫我們想一些辦法好不好?
There's a theory that humans came from the ocean. So in theory there's a possibility we can exist on both land and in water. However, is this why I free dive? Free diving to me it's not just about looking at marine life, it's not just about pushing myself to the limits or making it into an extreme sport. It's about finding inner peace, tranquility and happiness. It's about enjoying the ocean and being in the presence of marine life. But in the process, we have discovered that Mother Nature has been changing...
We free dive to learn more about the under water kingdom. Also, how humans have caused earth to degrade and degenerate, and how this has impacted climate change, and how all of this has impacted marine life. If we continue to pollute, degrade and destroy earth, and not do anything to help save, protect or make conservation efforts, then in a short period of time, many marine life will become extinct.
We as humans have taken too much from earth and we need to start learning to give back
Dizzy and I love nature, we love earth, and we absolutely love the ocean. We all must realize how important each species is to their own Eco system and how important they are to earth. Please help us think of ways we can help protect the ocean and Mother Earth!
第一次衝浪，跟第一次潛水一樣。有那麼個瞬間，無從取代的感動。
早上豔陽高照，下午突如其來的雷震雨。我趴在浪板上等浪，側身看著這個世界的側面，被豆大的雨滴疾速的拍打著。原來水的節奏這麼美。那些在城市裡看似紛擾看似焦慮的雨滴，原來在海平面上交織著無與倫比的平靜。
在浪板上，我再次遇見了你，好久不見，my inner peace.
