鍾意跑步既你要注意啦
越來越多人喜歡跑步,
但你地有無做熱身運動?
又或者你地係咪覺得跑步前拉筋就最perfect?
跑完就想勁快返屋企沖個靚涼就唔拉筋算數呢?
其實跑步前拉筋係對身體無幫助之餘仲好容易拉親肌肉,
但如果長期跑完步唔拉筋呢,
唔單止影響hamstrings,ITB,
增加受傷機會,阻礙復原,仲有影響表現等,
以下呢幾個動作都可以幫助鍾意運動既你地:)
