參加咗意大利Valpolicella 區歷史悠久逾400年歷史嘅著名酒莊@Allegrini 酒莊嘅wine pairing，並與女莊主Marilisa Allegrini會面。試咗5款白、紅及甜酒配日本菜，優雅酒體與日本菜頗夾。比較咗Allegrini La Grola 2001 年及Allegrini La Grola Special Edition 2016年，感受到佢嘅陳年潛力。2016年特別版由日本攝影藝術家Hiroyuki Masuyama操刀，很有中西合璧嘅感覺。另外亦試咗莊主旗下嘅Poggio al Teroro紅酒及甜酒，風格依然優雅。週末愉快！Cheers! 🎉🥂🍷
Attended Italy’s Valpolicella renowned winery Allegrini (over 400 years of winemaking history)wine pairing and met with Marilisa Allegrini, the female winery owner. We tried 5 wines from white, red to sweet and paired with Japanese cuisine. The wines are elegant and quite match with Japanese cuisine. Compared Allegrini La Grola 2001 with Allegrini La Grola Special Edition 2016 and u can feel the aging potential of this great gem. The 2016 special edition has invited a special artist from Japan, Hiroyuki Masuyama, who is a photographer to design for them. It’s very contemporary with West meets East feel! I also tried Poggio al Teroro red and sweet wines from the same owner. They are also elegant. Happy weekend! Cheers! 🎉🥂🍷
