Demonstrated in this video is the filipino martial art (FMA) of Kali Escrima, ultilizing Single Stick, Double Stick, Knife and Espada Y daga techniques. Most martial arts train students in empty hand techniques before teaching weapons at more advanced levels. In Kali, the student starts with weapon in hand on day 1 and grows with it as he or she advances.
Kali is an extremely practical martial art, teaching self defense skills to students against both armed and unarmed attackers, while armed or unarmed.

Vigilante Fitness was founded by two Spartan elite racers who have competed in over 80 obstacle courses across North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. Led by two of Asia's few SGX level 2 coaches, our training focuses on building a strong fitness foundation as well as obstacle specific techniques to help you conquer the next race!
