Tea time, Dubai style. So happy I managed to make Karak Tea at home, using saffron bought in Dubai! If you love milk tea with spices, try this recipe.
Add ginger slices, black tea leaves, sugar (I used Gula Melaka), milk (I used fresh milk but it can be powdered or evaporated milk, adjust amount of water accordingly), saffron and cardamom into a pot. Add hot water and a little rose water. Bring to boil and strain. #karaktea #luke妈 #ilovemilktea
