After a long hiatus, I am launching @Nutkyaus again. For the first time, I am making cashew butter using 100% Australian Cashews nuts. I roasted it prior which promotes a strong and aromatic nutty flavour. I found Cashew Butter a creamier texture and milder in taste, just great for smoothie or simply spread on toast
