Today, I'm going to make "Kombu-Sandwiched Sea Bream Sashimi", called in Japan "Kobu-jime".
"Kobu-jime" is a local dish of the northern part of Japan.
We put raw fish or shrimp between 2 sheets of kombu.
A raw fish soaked in the flavor of kombu is very delicious.
In my channel, I'm going to make Japanese cuisine by using Japanese Dashi.

2 sheets Dashi Kombu Seaweed, 20x15cm/7.9"x5.9" flat kombu for kobujime
3 heads Spinach, boiled, cut into 2~3 cm/0.8"~1.2" pieces, or substitute: komatsuna, broccoli or asparagus

有馬温泉の旅。
有馬ロイヤルホテルで三田牛や鯛のおいしい夕食。
腹いっぱい食べたのに。
食後ちょっと時間がたったら部屋飲みします。
軽めにはしたんですよ。
お供は、日中神戸南京町の老祥記で買った豚まん。
そして、有馬温泉街で買った炭酸せんべい。
豚まんは冷めてもおいしかったけど。
炭酸煎餅は、粉々になっちゃった上に湿ってた。
I went to Arima Onsen.
I had delicious dinner at the hotel.
I am full.
But I drink beer in the room.
I ate the pork bun bought at Kobe Nanjin town.
It is cold.
Nevertheless it was delicious.
There is also Tansan-senbei bought at Arima Onsen Street.
I also eat it.
It was shattered.
In addition it was damp.
