Tối hôm Tết, J đón C đi làm về, lúc đó C mệt lắm r tính ko ăn tối nữa mà về ngủ thôi... Nhưng đi đc 1 đoạn thì mùi hương thơm của gà rán ngào ngạt bay vào mũi, 2 đứa nhìn nhau gật đầu rồi phi xe thẳng lên hè =)) Lần đó mua về nhà ăn ngon quá nên quyết định là phải quay lại làm 1 bữa cho ra hồn để rv 😗 Gà ở đây khá hay là mình đc chọn giữa cánh, đùi hoặc không xương. 4 đứa đến ăn gọi 4 đĩa size M :
- Truyền thống 150k : giòn, ko bị khô nhưng hơi nhạt vì họ để chấm muối tiêu 😅
- Gà rán tỏi cay 160k : đẫm sốt cay ngọt, thơm mùi tỏi mà vẫn giòn rụm, bên trong mọng nước :((( ngon chết đi đc
- Gà nướng tương ớt 180k : cái này ko rán mà nướng, ăn cay xè mà nghiện luôn.
- Gà rán hành tuyết 180k : gà rán rưới sốt kem lạnh vs hành tây sống lên trên, bt C ko ăn được hành sống mà ở đây ăn ngon lành :((( ai cũng thích hết, ăn mát đỡ ngán lắm luôn.
Trộm vía size M ở đây ko bé đâu ý, đĩa nào đĩa nấy ngập thịt, ăn sướng mồm lắm 😂 Điểm trừ là nó rất đau ví, 4 ng ăn hết 1 triệu (cả đồ uống) 😵 Dù sao thì cũng xứng đáng thật.

On one of the Tet days, J picked me up after work. I was too tired to eat, I wanted to go straight back home. But then we crossed this place, an amazing smell of fried chicken "poked" into our noses 😱 Without even thinking, we went there right away 😂 We bought some home, it was too good so we had to come back there to make this review!
In here you can choose your type of chicken : boneless, wings or drumsticks. This is what we got : (all M size)
- Original 150k : crunchy, but a little bland cuz the dip was salt and pepper.
- Garlic Spicy 160k : drenched in sauce but still crispy, juicy, really sweet & spicy and garlic-ky, f*cking love them!
- Gochujang Tikkudak 180k : best one for me, they grilled the wings instead of fry, super spicy but amazing taste.
- Snow Onion : fried chicken with cold cream sauce and onion 😭 normally I can't eat raw onion, but in here with the sauce it was so so good... All of us love it.

ヤンニョムチキンチーズ
2人分
材料:
鶏手羽元 8本
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
酒 大さじ1
生姜(すりおろし) 小さじ1
片栗粉 適量
サラダ油 適量
◼︎甘辛タレ
酒 大さじ2
砂糖 大さじ2
しょうゆ 大さじ2
酢 大さじ1/2
コチュジャン 大さじ2
にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1
◼︎チーズソース
ピザ用チーズ 200g
生クリーム 20ml
作り方:
1.手羽元は骨に沿って包丁で切り込みを入れる。塩、コショウ、酒、しょうがを加えてもみ込み、全体に片栗粉をまぶす。
2.フライパンにサラダ油を1cmほどの高さまで入れて熱し、(1)を並べ入れ、時々返しながらきつね色になるまで揚げ焼きにし、一度取り出す。
3.キッチンペーパーでフライパンの余分な油を拭き取り、甘辛タレの材料を加えて弱火にかける。ふつふつとしてきたら(2)を戻し入れてタレを全体に絡める。
4.チーズソースを作る。フライパンにピザ用チーズと牛乳を入れて中火にかけ、かき混ぜながら溶かす。
5.器に(3)を盛り、(4)をたっぷりかけたら、完成!

CHEESY SPICY KOREAN CHICKEN
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
Wings
8 chicken wings
Pinch of salt
Black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
Cornstarch, for coating
Vegetable oil, for frying
Wing Sauce
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons gochujang
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Cheese Sauce
200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
20 milliliters heavy cream
PREPARATION
Make the wings: Add the chicken wings to a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, sake, and ginger. Mix well to coat.
Sprinkle the cornstarch over the chicken and toss well.
Heat about 5 centimeters of oil in a large nonstick skillet over low heat until it reaches 325°F (160°C). Add the chicken wings skin-side down and fry, flipping once, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Make the wing sauce: In another large pan, combine the sake, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, gochujang, and garlic, and stir. Cook over low heat until bubbling. Add the wings to the sauce and toss well until the chicken is fully coated. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Make the cheese sauce: Add the mozzarella and heavy cream to a medium pot over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from the heat.
Arrange the wings on a serving plate and pour over the cheese sauce.

このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ1は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと200ccですがアメリカの1カップは230ccくらいです。参考までに。
