You just can’t miss Hong Kong MeiXin’s signature lava custard mooncakes that take Singapore by storm every year! The Lava Quartet Mooncakes has four flavours in total. Apart from the original Custard, expect Lava Cheese mooncake, Chocolate mooncake, and Caramel Macchiato mooncake.

想要自己在家动手做月饼，却被繁琐的操作方法还有食材吓到撤退吗?其实只要利用家里现有的材料就可以做月饼了哦。
面包，牛奶，白糖，喜欢抹茶味就加抹茶粉，喜欢巧克力味就加可可粉，一起打碎再揉匀就可以做出漂亮的月饼了。这个做法跟棒棒糖蛋糕的做法很类似，棒棒糖蛋糕是蛋糕胚加上奶油霜搅拌均匀做的；而这次利用面包和少量的牛奶、糖，热量更低更健康些，实在是妥妥的懒人月饼做法了，简单又好吃。
材料：
吐司面包 两片
抹茶粉 一小匙
白砂糖 一小匙
牛奶 一大匙
奶酪 一颗
ingredient：
bread 2slice
matcha powder 1 tea spoon
granulated sugar 1 table spoon
milk 1 table spoon
babybel cheese 1 cube
