These minions are filled with micronutrients such as vitamin B6, C, D, E, iron, magnesium, youprobablyarentreading, potassium, beta carotene and other carotenoids ( which are the precusors to vitamin A) etc.
On top of that they are packed with dietary fibers, meaning it takes a longer time for them to be broken down in your body thus giving you energy and keeping you full for a longer period of time.
Last but not least, they taste hella good just by boiling, making them my favourite complex carbohydrate at a mere 130kcal per 100g(for japanese sweet potato, 86kcal for normal sweet potato)
