For me, health is important because I want my loved ones to be healthy always, where
your health is at the center of your life. Every part of your life relies on you having good health. You cannot climb higher in all the other seven areas of your life if you do not have enough physical energy to devote to each of them 🌸
🌍World Health Day is celebrated every year in April to remind everyone of the importance of caring for their health. Early detection of any health condition can save lives. This year, ask your friends and family if they are feeling okay and encourage each other to go for regular health check-ups for early detection and prevention of disease. After all, prevention is better than cure and simple checkups can be as low as RM15.
