ไม่เว้นแม้แต่สามสาวพาวเวอร์พัฟฟ์เกิร์ลที่ชาวไทยน่าจะรู้จักกันดีกับประโยคเปิดสุดติดหู น้ำตาล เครื่องเทศ สารพัดของกุ๊กกิ๊กและสารเคมี X! มีการยืนยันจากสำนักข่าว Deadline ว่ามันกำลังอยู่ในขั้นตอนการสร้างเป็นทีวีซีรีส์แบบไลฟ์แอ็คชั่นหรือคนแสดงจริง

ซึ่งผู้ที่มารับหน้าที่ควบคุมงานสร้างคือ Greg Berlanti ผู้สร้างจักรวาล Arrowverse และซีรีส์ Arrow ของ DC ในช่อง CW และได้ Diablo Cody มือเขียนบทจากหนังเรื่อง Juno และ Heather Reginer มือเขียนบทจากซีรีส์เรื่อง Veronica Mars มาเขียนบทให้ซีรีส์เรื่องนี้

สามสาวพาวเวอร์พัฟฟ์เกิร์ลเป็นผลงานการสร้างของ Craig McCracken ที่เปิดตัวบนช่อง Cartoon Network มาตั้งแต่ปี 1998 เดินเรื่องโดยสาวสามพี่น้อง Blossum, Bubble และ Buttercup ที่ถือกำเนิดโดยศาสตราจารย์ Utonium

สำหรับเนื้อหาในการ์ตูนจะเป็นเรื่องราวของสามสาวที่ต้องต่อสู้กับเหล่าสัตว์ประหลาด แต่ในซีรีส์จะเล่าเรื่องสาว ๆ ในช่วงวัย 20 ปีที่จะต้องกลับมาช่วยโลกอีกครั้ง ไม่แน่ว่ามันอาจจะเป็นพาวเวอร์พัฟฟ์เกิร์ลที่ต่างจากที่เรารู้จักก็เป็นได้
