This Cuvee has been aged for at least 6 years before release, with white flower, honey, brioche, mineral, white peach & apple notes. It’s elegant with refined bubbles. 好友請我去剛獲1星米芝蓮嘅Roganic Hong Kong食聖誕大餐，我帶咗支@champagne Maison Mumm RSRV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2012年同大家過聖誕！美食當然配美酒, 過節當然要有香檳，Grand Cru 香檳係香檳中只得約5%，仲要100% Chardonnay，產量甚少。喜歡這RSRV白中白香檳的清澈、幼細而充滿白果香及礦物味，還有白花香、烤烘、牛油麵包等味道，餘韻悠長，配上Simon Rogan嘅精緻美食，perfect! 我喜愛他的菜，看似簡單，但吃落相當複雜，還給你味蕾帶來驚喜！我尤其喜歡烤雞皮、蝦多士、煙燻鰻魚及烤鴨胸，好飽！🥳🥂我亦送咗狗狗聖誕蛋糕比好友嘅主子們，佢哋都食得好高興！Happy holidays! 🥳🥳🎉🎉🎄🎅🏻
My good friend has invited me for Xmas dinner at the newly 1-star Michelin @Roganic HK! I brought a bottle of champagne Maison Mumm RSRV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2012 to enjoy the feast! Great food should pair with great wine! Champagne is also a must for festive celebration. About 5% of vineyards r classified as Grand Cru, it’s very unusual to have 100% Blanc de Blancs grand cru champagne with 100% Chardonnay. I like the purity of this RSRV Blanc de Blancs champagne with fine bubbles, crispy, full of floral, stone fruit, toasty , mineral and brioche notes. The finish is quite long. It’s perfect to pair with Simon Rogan’s cuisine. I like Simon Rogan’s food. It looks minimal & simple, but it tastes complex & often surprises your palate, just like a bottle of good wine! I like roasted chicken skin, prawn toast, smoked eel and dried aged duck the most. So full!🥳🥂 I also gave my friend a doggy Xmas cake as Xmas present for his dogs(masters) & they enjoyed it a lot! #Happyholidays everyone! 🥳🥳🎉🎉🎄🎅🏻
