很難想像在號稱觀光大國的紐西蘭，從總站出發的排班巴士比表訂時間晚40分鐘姍姍來遲，車子進站後，司機在車上顧著講手機，門也不開，直到排班人員火大敲門問：What’s going on？說時遲那時快，仍然在講手機的司機車子突然放空檔，車尾直接撞上後面巴士，整面擋風玻璃碎裂。
如果在台灣，統聯客運可能馬上調度另一台巴士轉運；結果站務方不但沒有任何調度能力，原本搭乘8：00的乘客只能改搭9：30的下一班，且變成候補乘客，必須等最後有幾個空位才能上車，那倒霉的人不就得等下下一班？（下下一班已經要中午了）

It’s ridiculous that in New Zealand, so called “prosperous tourism country” in the world, a regular bus from Auckland to Rotorua delayed over 40 minutes without any reason, especially it’s from main terminal.
When the bus was coming, I saw the driver using mobile phone all the time until one staff knocked on the door and asked loudly “what’s going on？”
Suddenly, the bus was falling back quickly and hitting on another bus. All passengers were shocked with this incredible view.
Everyone have to wait for the next schedule bus. If I am not lucky enough, I shall have to take the third one in the afternoon.
All passengers were treated in a mess and without an apology, even just a simple apology.
