I’m constantly feeling ineffective in my parenting role. I’m feeling tired all the time. I always lose my patience and often snapped at Ning Ning when she’s not behaving the way I wanted her to.
Parenting is a wonderful journey yet a tired one. I’ve learnt to put myself first once in awhile. It’s really ok if we are not ok. Nothing to be ashamed of.
