黑豆湯補腎烏髮
明朝李時珍在《本草綱目》中有記載:「常食黑豆,可百病不生。」黑豆性平味甘,具有補腎利濕功效,有助紓緩因腎虛而引起的腰痛、水腫、容易抽筋等症狀,亦能養血平肝、補虛烏髮,適合各體質人士服用。平日較少菜式會使用到黑豆,煲湯是其中一個方便食用的方法。
養腎湯水小貼士:
適當地添加溫補食材如黑芝麻、黑木耳、核桃、淮山、黑棗、瑤柱等。
姬松茸茶樹菇蓮藕黑豆素湯
功效:養腎烏髮,紓緩因用腦過度而導致的皮膚暗啞、頭髮早白等問題。
材料:姬松茸2-3塊、茶樹菇2-3塊、蓮藕1根、黑豆40克、腰果40克、枸杞子10克、去核紅棗4枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。姬松茸、茶樹菇浸水半小時至軟身備用;黑豆、腰果於白鑊中炒香。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
Black soya beans soup to improve hair quality
Black soya beans are mild in nature, and can replenish the kidneys, alleviate asthenic kidneys induced back pain, edema, and muscle cramping. They also nourish blood and sooth the liver, improve hair quality, and are suitable for all body types. Not a lot of common dishes have black soya beans in them, so soup would be a more convenient way to use them.
Tips:
Add in warm replenishing ingredients such as black sesame, black fungus, walnuts, Chinese yam, black dates and dried scallops.
Vegetarian black soya bean soup with blaze mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms and lotus root
Effects: nourish the kidneys and improve hair quality, alleviate symptoms of dull skin and early onset of white hair due to exhausting the mind.
Ingredients: 2-3 blaze mushrooms, 2-3 tea tree mushrooms, 1 lotus root, 40g black soya beans, 40g cashews, 10g wolfberries, 4 pitted Chinese red dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak blaze mushroom and tea tree mushroom for half an hour until soft. Fry black soya beans and cashews in wok without oil until fragrant develops.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.

So then after vomiting 5 times outside, @pxdkitty and @carolynlimz brought me and @meregoround home and i knew i was gonna be useless for the night cox i was already feeling dizzy and can't really focus on anything from the cold shiver and muscle cramping up etc. So i called @pearlang and say please help me take Meredith to Yishun. Ask my helper to pack Meredith's bag and then i went upstairs to take meds. I totally forgotten about Meredith's dinner. So Rach and Carolyn brought Meredith out for dinner and send her up to Yishun with @naeshcar 😭 Thank you, all of you for taking care of the situation when i can't.. 🙏🏻 And when i was so sick i feel so guilty for letting Meredith get so sick just a week back. I should have brought her to the doctor earlier and not wait til morning.. Also feel extremely guilty for when Josh was sick the day before, i was so fed up becox i had so much work to do (please be patient as i arrange for delivery for all the @cupsandkisses orders!) and then he went to the A&E by himself while i take the kids 😣 I look at him being sick as an inconvenience but he took care of me ytd even when he was still recovering. I really need to reflect on myself 😐
