Recipe :
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Preheat frying pan with olive oil , fry both side of the pork and the fat side of the pork for a minute ,( Total 3 min) .
Add in a block of butter to the pork and continue cooking the pork for another 6-7 minutes . Take it out on a plate .
For the sauce , pan fry some garlic and shallots with olive oil , add in 1/4 cup of rum, after 2 minutes Alcohol will be evaporated , add in 2/3 cup chicken stock , 1/2 cup cream , (add more cream if too watery ) , add Dijon mustard and mustard of your choice . Stir until creamy .
Put the pork back to the sauce and sizzle on low heat for 3 min . Serve !
