Taking the time to pamper myself with a little treat in the form of @nestbloomsg. I’ve been feeling so unproductive at home (and being caught in the midst of a move + renovation delays and being left with barely any personal space to do work at home isn’t helping) and I feel so stressed and guilty over it so this is my way of feeling better.
Self-care is often something people neglect to do for themselves, and for me it’s something small like taking the time to do a mini-spa at home, or giving myself a reward (like enjoying my rose almond bird’s nest over here), or even just doing my makeup to stay at home. It’s something that will make you feel better, even if it only takes a few minutes.
