Now what the heck is Strala Yoga?
.
Strala means radiate light in Swedish, it is a way of being, moving and healing that helps people to connect with how they feel, move how it feels good, and handle challenges with ease.

It’s similar to a vinyasa flow class, where the movements are strung together almost in a dance-like motion it focuses on strength and flexibility, stability and mobility to deliver a full body awareness with deep breaths.

Be prepared to let movement dissolve into stillness with inspiring and upbeat tunes.

Who is Grace?
.
Grace is a Strala guide based in Kuala Lumpur, MY.
.
A former flight attendant with our national carrier, a part of her job purpose was to meet, help, and serve people to feel comfortable with who, and where they are.
.
It become a personal expression and expands into being true over time.
In October 2015, she pursued her Strala Yoga 200+hours Ready to Lead Training in New York.
Strala is a way of being, like nature, a protégé of Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, the founders of Strala from New York, whom she trained with.
.
She is known for being easygoing, lighthearted, and inspirational as she continues to expand into leading yoga and living as a lifestyle.
With this experience, it spells courage to listen and explore.
She is also a Usui Reiki therapist, a Japanese healing system for wellness.

She believes yoga is for everyone.
You bring your whole self with you, you heal you, when connecting, breathing, moving with ease and grace.
