前天到榜鹅通道勘查一個新建組屋的單位。
榜鹅通道的組屋都是预购组屋制度。三年前，在選單位時，客人拿了很多平面圖請吾挑適合他們一家六口的屋子。雖然他們也很幸運地拿到吾精心為他們選的單位，算是吃了顆定心丸，但這畢竟是紙上談兵。屋子建好後，還是要到現場考察，才能定案。
在門口擺羅盤後，吾入門就恭喜請吾的夫婦。這是吾近幾年在榜鵝所勘查的風水最好的一間。
單位後面有一座財富山，長而厚，所以住這一帶的人的財力都會具足。附近也有水位，所以是丁財兩旺地。 住在這單位的人將會容易升官，難教的孩子也會變得比較聽話懂事。這就是好風水的微妙力量！
如果八字與屋子單位匹配的話，榜鹅通道的組屋值得考慮！

I went on a Feng Shui audit at a new HDB residence at Punggol Drive on Tuesday.
The HDB units in that district are built under the Build-to-Order scheme. During the flat selection process three years ago, the client brought many floor plans, to seek my advice on the most ideal unit for his family of six. They were really fortunate to have gotten the unit I painstakingly chosen for them and things seems assuring. But at the end of the day, that is just theoretical talk. We can only have the final verdict after doing an on-site inspection, upon the flat completion.
After taking the reading with my Feng Shui compass at the front door, I stepped inside the flat and congratulated the couple. This residence possesses the best Feng Shui I have seen in recent years at the Punggol area.
Behind the unit lies a "Hill of Wealth", that stretches long and robust. The occupants in this district shall be blessed with sufficient wealth. Coupled with the water formation nearby, this is a piece of land that brings prosperity, with abundance in good descendants. The residents in this flat unit will enjoy greater success of job promotion. Willful and unruly children will become more sensible and obedient. Such is the amazing power of good Feng Shui!
If your birth charts are compatible with the individual flat unit, the estates at Punggol Drive are definitely worth considering!
