I feel so humbled and honoured to be part of the teaching team for @weareoneten, empowering disadvantaged young adults in Hong Kong through sweat, exercise and in my case, #yoga :) I was once that little lost sheep when I was young (trust me, sometimes I still am 😝) but am so happy today to be able to shed some guiding light to young people of Hong Kong.
