The husband is a big fan (friend) of Chef Jeremy Nguee, hence we were really excited to try the new #dreamshopsg menu.
The new Daddy’s Dry Laksa won our hearts. The prawns and sotong are sourced fresh from wet markets daily. And the noodles are fried with their homemade rempah from Batu Lesung Spice Company.
The Buah Keluak Beef Rice Bowl features luxurious Rangers Valley Black Onyx Beef with a marbling score of 5/6. The rice is cooked with black nut and rempah, and served with ginger and torch ginger pickles. Big hearty flavours!
