不一樣的八月份 (8月3日至8月31日），「港城飲食業集團」的何志強師傅和「Ruyi」的何順文師傅兩位在烹飪界鼎鼎有名的廚師用心打造了《尋味經典》結合盛宴！兩位師傅保留原始中餐精髓又深具南洋風味的美食。這完美的結合打破了傳統，把傳統中國菜結合了南洋風味，帶給食客不一樣的驚喜。

《尋味經典》的菜單食材都是山珍海味，鮑參翅肚😋！所有菜式都提供單點，在「港城飲食業集團」旗下所有分店都可以吃到。最讓我回味無窮的就是「鹽焗松露昆布3頭鮑魚」【RM138/每粒】，嚼勁十足鮑魚經過10小時醃製再淋上8小時熬煮過的松露高湯，這的確是最完美的結合😍。這裡的「鵝肝慕斯片皮乳豬」【RM398/每只】也非常獨特，金光閃閃的片皮乳豬搭配特製薄餅，在中間添加了濃濃的鵝肝慕斯，創意十足。

其他的名菜包括有肉質鮮甜的「上海酥炸黃花魚」【RM38/每條】、湯頭香氣撲鼻的「螺頭雞羊肚菌燉中鮑翅」【RM118/每位】、口感香濃的「脆米芝士南瓜盅焗飯」【RM28/每位】、外型可愛的「花心蘿蔔」【RM15/3粒】、口感清爽的「繽紛香茅燕窩凍」【RM28/每位】以及以下6道餐前小食。
