Following the first year of its success, the Shades of Truffle Season returns for a second year at Enoteca Bangkok. Enoteca Head Chef, Chef Stefano Borra of Turin, Italy, is a specialist in handling Truffles to create incredible flavour combinations. Chef Stefano has created an original menu, based on traditional recipes using fresh truffles picked from the wild forest of Ovada - Acqui terme region by Enoteca’s private truffle hunter.

NOTE: Spaghetti Napolitan sounds like an Italian dish BUT it is a typical Japanese pasta dish made at home and served at restaurants nationwide. Nothing related to Napolitana and the main seasoning is Tomato Ketchup. It is a must.

Sapporo Ichiban Original (we call it Shoyu Flavor in Japan) by Sanyo Foods is a very popular instant Ramen noodle product in Japan. The included soup seasoning packet derived from chicken stock, soy sauce, and mixture of vegetables and spices, makes Napolitan very tasty. Must TRY 😉

Ramen alla Napolitan (Japanese Pasta Recipe)

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 packet Sapporo Ichiban Original (Soy Sauce Flavor) https://amzn.to/3kQqeCR
45g (1.5oz.) sausage or ham
100g (3.5oz) onion
45g (1.5oz.) green pepper
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Ramen soup seasoning
2 tbsp. Kagome Tomato Ketchup https://amzn.to/2S8EH0A
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Slice the onion and green pepper. Diagonally slice sausages.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the onion slices until soft. You can cook garlic together if you like.
3. Add green pepper and sausage slices and cook well.
4. Meanwhile cook the Ramen noodles in boiling water until separated.
5. Move back to the vegetables, season with the Ramen soup seasoning and tomato ketchup. Drain the noodles and mix well.
6. Serve on a dish and dust with grated parmesan cheese to finish.

Crisp outside, fluffy and moist inside. Super delicious!!!

The trick to no-fail thick and fluffy pancakes is Morinaga's Hot Cake Mix!!! It is a very popular product known for many years. Even if you mix in a circular motion, you can make a thick pancake. Perfect for kids to cook.

Btw, not sponsored. LOL Don’t take me wrong. I know you don’t want to waste time to fail, so I am sharing this with you instead of the from scratch video. VERY EASY as you can see.

The Trick to No-Fail Thick and Fluffy Japanese Pancakes

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 2 9cm/3.5inch Muffin Rings (Cercle)

Ingredients:
1 (150g) Morinaga Hot Cake Mix (flour)
160ml milk
1/2 tsp. vinegar *vinegar makes the cake even fluffier
cooking oil
butter
cake syrup (maple syrup)

Directions:
1. Mix cake mix, milk, and vinegar. Do not over mix, some lumps are okay.
2. Grease the cake rings and a frying pan with cooking oil. Pour batter to about half full. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes. Flip them over, cover, and cook on low for 5 minutes.
3. Check for doneness with a skewer. Remove from the cake ring and serve on a plate. Place a piece of butter on top and pour some cake syrup.

You can wrap in a plastic wrap and freeze to eat later.
Microwave for a minute and you can enjoy fresh and fluffy pancake :)
