ผลงานเกม Ubisoft เกมแรกที่จะมีชื่อ Ubisoft Original นำหน้าเป็นเกมแรก คือ Heartland หรือเกม Tom's Clancy The Division ภาคสปินออฟแบบเล่นฟรี ที่เพิ่งประกาศเปิดตัวเมื่อสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา

ทีมพัฒนาบางส่วนแปะชื่อฉลากนำหน้า เพื่อให้ผู้เล่นสามารถแยกผลงานได้ระหว่างเกมที่พัฒนาโดยทีมงาน In-House กับเกมที่พัฒนาโดยฝ่าย Third-Party ซึ่งตัวอย่างที่ชัดเจนที่สุด คือ เกมทั้งหมดของ Hideo Kojima เช่น Death Stranding และซีรีส์ Metal Gear Solid ได้มีการแปะชื่อ "A Hideo Kojima Game" เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นว่าผลงานเกมดังกล่าวได้กำกับและกำเนิดโดย Hideo Kojima

หรือล่าสุด ผลงานเกมอินดี้ของ EA หลายเกม มีการแปะชื่อ "EA Originals" นำหน้า เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นว่าเกมเหล่านั้นพัฒนาโดยทีมงาน In-House ของ EA ยกตัวอย่างเช่น Sea of Solitude, Unravel และ It Takes Two เป็นต้น
