a special whisky matured in Pinot Noir casks from the land of the sheep, New Zealand!
The influence on the nose is profound, where the cask lends itself some berry notes to balance out the signature peaty notes of Islay Whisky.
Unfortunately it has all been sold out, but luckily for us, @001.hk has managed to get their hands on some. Come down and visit if you want a dram or two!
