Excited to read the news that Pi is expected to be entering phase 3 (launched on mainnet) by the end of 2021. Once that happens, it will start to have monetary value, and can be sold for fiat currency (USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, etc.). This also means that the opportunity to mine Pi for free on the app will be ending soon, by the end of the year.
I was amazed and hopeful when I saw one of my friends post this on his wall a few weeks ago. He trades in cryptocurrencies and has been profiting well from that:
“Heard that Pi (the free crypto) might be trading at $0.16 once they come onboard blockchain. Mining will stop one day. Prospected it will reach $10 in 2021. This is still speculation. I’m mining for free on mobile since 2019.”
Wow if it really reaches $10 per Pi, that would be amazing! It means that many people in bad financial straits right now can benefit from this app if they get started now.
I have been mining Pi for free every day on my smartphone since 2019 just by tapping the “mine” button once a day. Never had to pay anything.
What I like about Pi is that “the first become last and the last can become first”. Anyone—rich or poor, can start to mine for free and build an asset that has the potential to turn one’s financial situation around in the long run when Pi is finally traded on the market.
For other cryptocurrencies, you have to buy them in order to hold them as investments, and it is difficult, hardware-dependent, energy-consuming (expensive), and technical to mine cryptocurrencies. You basically hold them until they grow in value, then sell them for capital gain when the price reaches your expectation.

Our beloved Maeleth turns 64 months today! This adorable plushie is a new gift that caused her face to light up with a huge smile.
The past few weeks, after Singapore announced the phase 2 (heightened alert) due to increasing cases of infections, Mae and I have been home all the while, not even leaving home once because there was no need to. Thankfully, she is a homely girl, just like her parents. 😆

Gotta really thank my love Amilee for going out to run errands, get groceries, buy back meals, come back home to cook dinner, do laundry and more while I work from home and keep my eye on Mae. ❤️

Mae has been having home-based learning (HBL) classes with her teachers through Zoom, so she is not missing out on learning. Even art class at HeART Studio Singapore continues online, and I must say, the techniques Mae learnt there really helps her to do nice art works for school. For example, see the photos below of some artworks that she did at home.
Abacus enrichment class resumes on Monday through Zoom as well, so that will be interesting to watch. HBL is quite an eye-opener because now Amilee and I get to see the kind of content she learns at school, and it allows us to be even more involved with her education! 👍
