Last May I was in Lima, Peru, where I met some of the amazing artists of the Shipibo-konibo tribe. I learned how their spiritual practices, painting, and singing transmit their profound knowledge of the Amazon across generations. When they first moved to the city, they settled together in Cantagallo, a densely packed neighborhood in the heart of the capital. Like so many, the Cantagallo community is facing tremendous challenges today. This is for them, and for the many millions who don’t have the luxury of distance.

En mayo del año pasado, en Lima (Perú), conocí a grandes artistas de la comunidad Shipibo-konibo. Aprendí sobre sus prácticas espirituales, su pintura, su arte y su música que transmite conocimiento profundo y ancestral de la Amazonía. Cuando ellos se mudaron inicialmente a Lima, se establecieron en Cantagallo, un área pequeña muy cercana al corazón de la capital. Como muchas otras comunidades en el mundo, Cantagallo está enfrentando tremendos desafíos. Esto es para ellos, y para los muchos millones que no tienen el lujo de la distancia que los protege. It's hard to adapt to a new life in another country,
especially when your language level is so basic.
But I really cherish every change in my life.
This is my new lesson in Segovia,Spain. I love to teach painting even it's very challenging for me to do this in Spain, I will keep enjoying.
In the future I will try to post with chinese and spainsh( or English), and start sharing more videos.

🇪🇸Es difícil adaptarse a una nueva vida en otro país,
especialmente cuando tu nivel de idioma es tan básico.
Pero aprecio cada cambio en mi vida.
Esta es mi nueva lección en Segovia, España. Me encanta enseñar pintura, aunque es muy difícil para mí hacer esto en España, seguiré disfrutando.
En el futuro, intentaré publicar en chino y español (o inglés), y comenzaré a compartir más videos.

但我很珍惜生活中的每一個改變。

我喜歡教繪畫，即使在在西班牙做教學對我來說是非常有挑戰性的，
但我會繼續享受這個過程。
將來，我將嘗試用中文和西班牙文（或英文）發文，
並開始分享更多影片。
也許之後能回台灣時辦個工作坊或展覽。
