I’m not much of a cook but I really enjoyed the culinary workshop by Chef Malgorzata Pindych at the beautiful @baccaro_studio in Łódź! The theme was regional cuisine focused on zero waste! Our party was divided into groups which were tasked to prepare a dish each. Zero waste meant that the leftover ingredients from the preparation of one dish can be used to prepare another dish! @rubbisheatrubbishgrow and I made a bowl of hearty soup with minced goose meat and potato! Other groups made potato dumplings, roasted pork belly and more. Don’t mean to brag but our soup was actually pretty good! 🤭 Potato is a key ingredient in Polish cuisine, and a lot of dishes are built on this staple.
