上次和大家提到節食會對身體帶來的傷害,今天要來跟大家一起聊聊,除了節食之外,疫情期間的居家飲食應該要如何調整,減少攝取過多的卡路里呢?
✅餐盤和碗公是你的好幫手
居家防疫,是不是每天都有家人們親手做好的飯菜呢?在享用美味的食物時,往往會在不知不覺中不知道自己吃了多少,透過餐盤夾取一餐的分量,更能夠評估營養有沒有均衡!
✅學習可替換食物
以低熱量的食品取代高熱量,例如芭樂取代芒果或荔枝、魚肉代替豬肉、橄欖油代替沙拉油、無糖無膠優格代替全脂鮮乳。簡單的替換方式,讓居家飲食不再有負擔。這邊有小叮嚀要提醒大家,地瓜、馬鈴薯、玉米都不是蔬菜,而是五穀根莖類,因此地瓜可以代替白米飯,但卻不能代替蔬菜喔!也要記得避免一餐食用到兩份澱粉,而經常誤以為是蔬菜的毛豆、四季豆其實是豆蛋魚肉類喔。
✅沒事多喝水
水分在身體佔有非常重要的元素,這裡要跟大家提醒,沒事真的要多喝水。身體缺水除了會引發冠心症、代謝變差之外,水分攝取過少也會容易感到飢餓。這是因為許多營養素無法被吸收,甚至像肝臟需要水分才能分解肝醣,進而儲存能量,身體缺水就會導致我們想要吃更多東西來補充能量。

✅Replace the food
Replace high-calorie foods with low-calorie foods, such as guava instead of mango or lychee, fish instead of pork, olive oil instead of cooking oil, and yogurt instead of milk. Here is a note to remind everyone that sweet potatoes, potatoes, and corn are not vegetables, but grains, so sweet potatoes can replace white rice, but they cannot replace vegetables! Also remember to avoid excessive carbohydrates in one meal. Edamame is often mistaken for vegetables, and is actually meats and protein.
✅Drink more water
Water is a very important element in the body. 哺乳之路不易走,好不容易才成功追到奶量,一不小心吃了有退奶作用的食物真是欲哭無淚!作為母乳媽媽定必有上網搜尋過「發奶食物」及「退奶食物」,然後發現「發奶食物」一大堆,例如魚湯、豆漿、花生豬腳、黑豆、木瓜、金針菜等等,甚至有珍珠奶茶!其實每人體質不同,對食物也會有不同反應,而且情緒對母乳分泌也有影響,中醫理論認為「婦人乳汁,氣血所化」,母乳由氣血而化生,氣血充盈自然能上奶,哺乳媽媽不妨做飲食記錄,看看哪些是屬於你的發奶/回奶食物。而以下五種食物,回奶作用較為顯著,哺乳媽媽要小心食用。
回奶食物:
麥芽、韭菜、乳鴿、豬肝、淡豆豉(中藥,與入廚用的豆豉不相同)
- 食用份量亦很關鍵,一般大劑量才會有明顯效果,如果誤吃幾口也不用擔心,有疑問宜諮詢註冊中醫師。
容易導致塞奶食物:
豬手、雞腳、滴雞精、花膠等
- 此類食物膠質比較重,容易令母乳變濃稠而導致乳腺堵塞。

What should breastfeeding moms avoid eating
Breastfeeding is not easy. A mother might spend some time producing a consistent amount of milk, but the moment she accidentally consumes food that might decrease the milk flow, all her efforts are wasted!
Breastfeeding moms may search for ‘foods that boost milk production’ and ‘foods that decrease breast milk supply’ on the Internet, and they might read about milk-boosting foods such as fish soup, soymilk, braised pig trotter with peanut, black bean, papaya, citron daylily, and even bubble milk tea!
Since everyone has different body constitutions, every individual will react to foods differently. Emotions can also affect the production of breast milk. Chinese Medicine theories believed that qi and blood can affect the production of a woman’s milk.
With an abundance of qi and blood, milk production will increase. Hence, it is vital for breastfeeding moms to keep track of their diets, and check if the types of food taken can increase or decrease the milk supply.
Here are five types of foods that can reduce the milk production, so breastfeeding moms, please take note.
Foods that can decrease milk supply:
- malt, chives, squab, pork liver, and light fermented soy bean (which is a type of Chinese Medicine; different from the fermented bean used in regular cooking)
- eating a large amount of the ingredients above would have an impact on the milk production, but having them in a small quantity is still acceptable. Do consult licensed and registered Chinese physicians to learn more.
Foods that can easily clog the milk duct:
- pig trotter, chicken feet, chicken essence, and fish maw
- these ingredients can thicken the breast milk and clog the milk duct.

病人家屬:「屋企人準備做手術,醫生囑咐手術後宜飲食清淡,是否只能吃白粥青菜?」
CheckCheckCin:現代人飲食選擇精彩豐富,當生病時聽到醫生囑咐「飲食清淡」便聞風喪膽,總覺得「無啖好食」甚至以為要食素,其實都是錯誤的觀念,從中醫角度來看,飲食清淡有以下幾項原則: 如不清楚自己體質屬性則多吃屬性平和的食物,以減少食物偏性對臟腑的影響;烹調時保持食材的原汁原味及營養;多採用蒸、煮、灼、燉的烹調方法;減少使用油、鹽、糖等調味料;煮至容易入口及消化的質感;避免肥甘厚味,即油膩、甜膩及味道濃郁的食物;避免發物,即會令舊疾復發、新病加重的食物。
手術後如果每餐都吃白粥、青菜,清淡是清淡,但營養並不足夠,因為手術後病人需要吸收不同營養以強健身體,食材選擇需要多元化,最重要還是配合體質,以下給你一些好煮意:
・蕃茄薯仔石崇魚湯
・乾瑤柱番薯粥
・魚湯底米粉/魚片粥/通粉
・燉牛肉/豬肉汁
・蒸肉餅飯
・蒸蛋飯
正餐以外可以準備用紅米、白米及生薏米煮成的米水,有健脾養胃功效,養好脾胃等於養好消化系統,脾胃好就能吸收食物中的營養,身體自然更快康復。
簡易健脾胃米水
材料:紅米2湯匙、白米半湯匙、生薏米半湯匙
做法:將材料洗淨,鍋內加入約800-1000毫升水,加入材料,以武火煮滾後調文火煮20-30分鐘。
*米水容易變壞,建議每天煲好,一天飲完,不要過夜。
*孕婦可不落薏米。
*糖尿病患者宜先諮詢營養師意見。

CheckCheckCin: Modern people have a rich and varied diet. When they are sick, they tend to over react about the light diet suggested by doctors. They always think that they can no longer eat any tasty food or even think that vegetables are the only option left. In fact, they are wrong. From Chinese medicine perspective, light diet has the following principles: use mild natured ingredients if you do not know your body type to reduce the effect of food natures on the organs; keep the original taste and nutrition of the ingredients during cooking; use cooking methods such as steaming, boiling and stewing; reduce seasonings such as oil, salt, sugar; boil food down to a texture that is easy to eat and digest; avoid oily and fatty food, which is greasy, sweet and heavy-flavoured food; avoid stimulating foods, it will lead to relapse of old issues and worsen new symptoms.
After the surgery, if you eat plain congee and vegetables for every meal, it is quite light but there is not enough nutrition. As the patient need to absorb different nutrients to strengthen the body after surgery, the choice of ingredients should be diversified, the most important thing is to match the body condition. Here are some good suggestions.
・Tomato soup with potatoes and scorpionfish
・Sweet potato congee with dried scallops
・Rice noodles with fish soup/ fish fillet congee / macaroni
・Sauce from stewed beef or pork
・Steamed pork cake rice
・Steamed egg rice
Besides having regular diet, you can also drink rice water made with red rice, white rice and coix seed to strengthen spleen and stomach. Keeping the spleen and stomach healthy means to keep the digestive system healthy which is a basis of health.
Simple rice water to strengthen the spleen and stomach
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons red rice, half tablespoon of white rice, half tablespoon of coix seeds
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800-1000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
*Rice water should be made fresh daily and should not be stored overnight as it may spoil easily.
*For pregnant ladies, they can omit coix seeds
*Those with diabetes should consult a nutritionist accordingly.

When people think of Vietnamese food in Hanoi, they might instantly think of snake or pho noodles. None of those dishes are covered today, but I've eaten them in the past. Today I eat delicious bun cha noodles, bun thang noodles, and finish off with some friend prawn cakes at Ho Tay aka West Lake. Hanoi foods sometimes gets a bad reputation. I still prefer the food in the central and southern regions, but Hanoi does have decent food as seen here.
First, bun cha is a simple rice noodle based with grilled pork sausages and grilled fatty pork. You can also eat it with some egg rolls too. And of course the key is sweet fish sauce!
The restaurant I ate in was BUN CHA DAC KIM
located at 1 Hang Manh. They open all day and into the late evenings. A tad bit of on the expensive side though, but worth it.
Second, bun thang is the forgotten noodle dish. It's a chicken broth centered rice noodle based with chicken, pork sausages, and eggs. This place also put in some mushrooms and a second kind of pork ball sausage too called moc. There's also a healthy portion of shrimp paste in there too. Yum.
This restaurant is located at 30 Cau Go - just down the street
from the famous Ba Duc place, which only opens in the evenings.
Lastly, I tried the famous Banh Tom Ho Tay. This was just simply fried prawn in a flour batch. It really had no taste so you have to dip it into the fish sauce, which gives it an awesome bold flavor.
This place is located on 1 Thanh Nien next to Ho Tay. Any taxi driver will know it. It's that famous. Try not to sit next to the sewer or bathroom and you'll enjoy it more. And avoid weekend evenings because they can be really packed and busy.
