從有辭職的念頭開始，其中一樣最讓我花心思的，就是留給同事們的最後一份禮物——「散水餅」。🍰
作為一個飲食編輯，我不要我的戰友吃到不好吃的，我想每一個人都會喜歡這一點甜。於是我找了從來不會讓我失望的甜點師傅 蛋撻皇子 來幫我製作我最愛的法式甜點「St Honore」（不是聖安娜餅屋喇！），還有餡料超多的「朱古力Baileys泡芙」。
「St Honore」的味道比較簡單，主要是牛油香味、濃滑忌廉和一點點海鹽焦糖的味道，不過真的非常美味，當天吃過的同事也都大讚這道甜點，還問我是從哪裡買的，真的很感謝蛋撻皇子的用心！🙇🏽♀️👏🏾👏🏾
