Lunch: Mum’s homemade Chinese Style Soup with Apple, Almonds, Figs and White Fungus蘋果雪耳無花果杏仁湯 + Green Tea Soba Noodles + Yellow Bell Peppers + Green Beans + Chicken & Veggies Dumplings
Dinner (Eating out for “Cheat Meal” but actually not super unhealthy): Thin Noodles in Seafood Soup with Scallops, Crab Meat & Prawns
Day 25 (Sunday)
Breakfast: Purple Sweet Potatoes + Eggs + Cherry Tomatoes + Cucumbers
Lunch: Broccoli + Seaweed Noodles + Same Dumplings as Day before
Afternoon Snack: Homemade Lentils & Vegetable Soup
Dinner: Tempe with Tofu and Bell Peppers + Fish + Veggies with Egg White + Rice with Quinoa
Day 26 (Monday)
Breakfast: Same as day before
Lunch: Same as dinner the day before
Dinner: Silver Fish + Broccoli + Mushroom with Chicken, Fish Skin & Fish Maw + Rice & Quinoa & Spinach Noodles
As you can see, we always cook extra food for next day to save time & meal prep for work😆 and no I don’t get sick of eating the same food because they are yummy and I know they are good for me! Plus I am lazy (and cheap ass) to buy food from outside myself😂 Just very very grateful already to have such amazing meals everyday! @ Singapore

Day 22 (Thursday)
Breakfast: Purple Sweet Potato + Scrambled Eggs + Veggies + Chinese Style Carrots Soup with Mixed Beans & Dates
Lunch: Fish + Tofu with Corn & Pork Sausage (Cheat Food) + Veggies + Rice
Dinner: Veggies + Silver Fish Omelette + Beef Ribs + Rice
Night Snack: Stole 2 bites of Dad’s homemade bread because it smelled tooooo good fresh out from the bread machine😂
Day 23 (Friday)
Breakfast: Banana + Carrot Soup (same as yesterday) + Veggies + Cherry Tomatoes + Udon + Handmade Fishballs (sooo many of you asked about how to make these😂 a lady from the market nearby made them and we bought from her)
Lunch: Cheat Meal! Went to buffet lunch at Google office and had 3 rounds in total😆
1st round: Vegetable soup + Quinoa + Bell Peppers + Tofu + Tomatoes + Kimchi + Cold Cuts + Different Salad Veggies
2nd Round: Avocado Quesadilla + Pumpkin + Salmon + Beef in Gravy + Brown Rice with Chicken + Pork + Chinese Style Soup
3rd Round: Dragon Fruit + Watermelon + Grapes + Pineapple + Brie Cheese + Blueberry Cheesecake + 1/3 of the Walnut Muffin
Afternoon Snack: Happy Hour at the office with alll the yummy junk food everywhere! 😻 had to try a bit of everything 😳
Dinner: Only Green Beans & Yellow Bell Peppers because I ate way too much during the day😇

材料:
小老闆紫菜
三色椒各1個
紫椰菜1個
紅蘿蔔 (細)1個
青瓜1條
火腿1包
蟹柳1包
雞蛋4隻
醬汁
程序:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 放火腿片,煮1分鐘,夾起,擎乾水。
3. 放蟹柳,灼一灼,擎乾水。
4. 雞蛋,打勻。大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙,放蛋漿落鑊,煎成蛋餅,放碟上。
5. 三色椒,清水洗乾淨。
6. 紅蘿蔔,洗淨,刨去皮。
7. 紫椰菜及青瓜,清水洗乾淨。
8. 紫椰菜,切條,放玻璃盤中。
9. 黃椒,切條,放玻璃盤中。
10. 青椒,切條,放玻璃盤中。
11. 紅椒,切條,放玻璃盤中。
12. 紅蘿蔔,切絲,放玻璃盤中。
13. 青瓜,間條刨皮,去囊,切絲,放玻璃盤中。
14. 火腿,切條。
15. 蟹柳,手撕成幼條。
16. 蛋餅,切蛋絲。
17. 預備一隻大碟。
18. 放青瓜絲。
19. 放紅蘿蔔絲。
20. 放蟹柳。
21. 放紫椰菜。
22. 放蛋絲。
23. 放青椒。
24. 放紅椒。
25. 放火腿。
26. 放黃椒。
27. 搣碎小老闆紫菜,放中間。
28. 擠出醬汁圍住紫菜。
29. 拆開紫菜包裝,灑上面。
30. 用筷子撈起。
31. 完成,可享用。
New Year dish "Lo Hei"
Ingredients:
Seaweeds
Bell pepper (red, yellow, green) 1 No. per each
Purple cabbage 1 No.
Carrot (small) 1 No.
Cucumber 1 log
Ham 1 pack
Crab stick 1 pack
Eggs 4 Nos.
Sauce
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Put ham slices, cook for a minute. Pick it up. Hang dry.
3. Put crab stick, soak for a while. Hang dry.
4. Eggs, beat well. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok. Pour egg syrup. Fry it as a pancake. Put on plate.
5. Bell peppers, rinse thoroughly.
6. Red carrot, rinse, then peel.
7. Purple cabbage and cucumber, rinse thoroughly.
8. Purple cabbage, shred, then put in a glass bowl.
9. Yellow pepper, get it sliced, then put in the glass bowl.
10. Green pepper, get it sliced, then put in the glass bowl.
11. Red pepper, get it sliced, then put in a glass bowl.
12. Red carrot, get it shtedded, then put in a glass bowl.
13. Cucumber, peel in stripes, remove seeds, shred, then put in a glass bowl.
14. Ham, slice it.
15. Crab stick, make it in thin slices by hand.
16. Egg pie, get it shredded.
17. Prepare a big plate.
18. Put cucumber.
19. Put carrot.
20. Put crab.
21. Put purple cabbage.
22. Put eggs.
23. Put green bell pepper.
24. Put red bell pepper.
25. Put ham.
26. Put yellow bell pepper.
27. Break the seaweed into small pieces to be put in the middle.
28. Squeeze the sauce around the seaweed.
29. Unpack the seaweed. Put on top of dish.
30. Use a pair of chopsticks mix the dish well.
31. Complete. Serve.

大阪燒Okonomiyaki Pancake
材料:

低筋麵粉 70公克
雞蛋 1顆
柴魚粉 1茶匙
水 65㏄

高麗菜絲 180公克
肉片 120公克
蟹味棒 2條
柴魚片 3公克
海苔粉 1小匙
Ingredients:

Cake flour 70 grams

Bonito powder 1 teaspoon
65cc of water

Shredded Cabbage 180 grams
Sliced meat 120 grams
2 Crabsticks
Dried Bonito flakes 3 grams
Powdered seaweed 1 teaspoon
調味料:
市售豬排醬 2大匙
美奶滋 1大匙
Seasoning:
Shop-bought pork chop sauce 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
作法:
1. 先將材料A拌勻,再加入高麗菜絲拌勻成麵糊。
2. 熱鍋加入1大匙沙拉油,倒入作法1的麵糊,擺上肉片、蟹味棒。
3. 小火煎約4分鐘至高麗菜略焦香後翻面,再煎至雙面焦香。
4. 將市售豬排醬淋至煎好的大阪燒上,再擠上美奶滋,撒上海苔粉、蔥花及柴魚片即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Take the "A" ingredients, mix them well then add in the shredded cabbage and mix into a batter.
2. Heat up a frying pan and pour in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil then pour in the batter from step 1, then lay the meat slices on top along with the crabsticks.
3. Fry over low heat until the cabbage is slightly caramelised and fragrant then gently turn it over and fry it again until slightly caramelised on both sides.
4. Pour the pork chop sauce onto the Okonomiyaki and squeeze mayonnaise on top. Finally, finish off by sprinkling on the seaweed powder, chopped green onions and Bonito fish flakes.

Shelled shrimp 70 grams
Squid 50 grams
Chives 40 grams
Kimchi 200 grams
作法:
1. 泡菜略擠乾湯汁切小塊;魷魚肉、蝦仁切小片;韭菜洗淨切小段。
2. 材料A拌勻成麵糊,再加入作法1的材料拌勻。
3. 熱鍋,加入2大匙沙拉油,把作法1的麵糊倒入小火煎約4分鐘後翻面,再煎約3分鐘,煎至兩面金黃酥脆後即可起鍋裝盤。
Preparation Method:
1. Gently squeeze out the liquid from the kimchi and cut into small pieces; chop the squid and shrimp meat into small pieces; wash and cut the chives into small pieces.
2. Mix the "A" ingredients into the batter, then add and mix the ingredients from step 1.
3. Heat up a frying pan and add in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Pour in the batter from step 1 and fry gently over low heat for about 4 minutes and then turn it over, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Continue to fry it until golden on both sides then put it on a plate to serve.

櫻花蝦 10公克
沙拉油 2大匙
Ingredients:

Cake flour 50 grams
Corn flour 20 grams
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
1 egg
60cc of water
Cooking oil

Purple yams 180 grams
Sakura shrimp 10 grams
Cooking oil 2 tablespoons
作法:
1. 材料A拌勻成麵糊;山藥切細絲。
2. 將山藥絲和櫻花蝦放入作法1的麵糊中拌勻。
3. 熱鍋,加入2大匙沙拉油,把麵糊倒入鍋中,以小火煎約5分鐘後翻面,再煎約3分鐘,煎至兩面金黃酥脆後即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Mix Ingredients "A" into a batter; grate the yams.
2. Mix the grated yams and Sakura shrimp into the batter from step 1 and stir in evenly.
3. Heat up a frying pan. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil then add the batter into the pan. Fry over low heat for 5 minutes then turn it over and fry for another 3 minutes. Fry until it is golden brown and crispy on both sides and it's ready.

蔬菜煎餅Vegetable Pancakes
材料:

中筋麵粉 70公克
雞蛋 1顆
水 60㏄

櫛瓜 1條
茄子 1條
紅甜椒 40公克
黃甜椒 40公克
帕瑪森起司絲 100公克
水 50㏄
Ingredients:
A
All purpose flour 70 grams
1 egg
60cc of water

Summer squash 1 section
Eggplant 1 section
Red bell pepper 40 grams
Yellow bell pepper 40 grams
Grated parmesan cheese 100 grams
50cc of water
調味料:
鹽 1/2茶匙
白胡椒粉 1/4茶匙
Seasonings:
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Ground white pepper 1/4 teaspoon
作法:
1. 材料A拌勻成麵糊;櫛瓜和茄子洗淨、去蒂、切斜片;紅、黃甜椒洗淨,去蒂、去籽後切丁。
2. 熱鍋,倒入少許油,倒入一半作法1的麵糊,用湯匙抹開成圓形薄餅。
3. 鋪上作法1的櫛瓜片和茄子片,中間放上紅、黃甜椒丁,從鍋邊淋入50㏄的水,再於蔬菜上淋上其餘麵糊,蓋上鍋蓋,以小火煎約2分鐘。
4. 打開鍋蓋撒上起司絲,再蓋上鍋蓋煎約2分鐘,煎至起司絲融化後即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Mix ingredients "A" into a batter. Wash the summer squash and eggplant, cut off the stems and slice diagonally; wash the red and yellow bell peppers, cut off the stems and remove the seeds, then dice.
2. Heat up a frying pan and pour in a little oil then pour in half the batter from step 1 and using a spoon, spread it into a round pancake shape.
3. Place the summer squash and eggplant from step 1 on top and place the red and yellow bell pepper cubes in the middle. Pour 50 cc of water into the frying pan from the side then pour the remaining batter onto the vegetables. Cover with the lid and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes.
4. Open the lid and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and cover again. Cook until the cheese melts and it's done.
