Have you heard of the word IKIGAI? It’s a Japanese concept that means “a reason for being”. The whole concept boils down to 4 questions:
1️⃣ What do you love?
2️⃣ What are you good at?
3️⃣ What does the world need from you?
4️⃣ What can you get paid for?
.
When you’re able to combine and balance out these 4 elements, that’s when you have found your IKIGAI a.k.a. “reason for being”.

And that’s what I remind myself with the work I do, to be grateful but never complacent.. What’s your IKIGAI? ☺️
