BotaVita Global Cleansing Butter is my recent favorite makeup removing product!
It’s easy to use - just put your fingers in it, take some and then rub your face with it! There’s no need to double cleansing after using it! It’s based with natural ingredients like so it’s sensitive skin friendly:) It can easily remove waterproof mascara and my skin doesn’t irritate nor feeling dry after use! Loving its melty butterlike texture which is gentle to skin.
If there’s anything that I should say about the cons, that will be there’s no spoons with it (which for most this kind of a product I use before all comes with it)! And I use a great amount of it every time, so I suppose I’m going to run out of it soon 😂😂😂😂

薑餅人曲奇
材料:
原味曲奇粉 一包
豆蔻粉 半茶匙
丁香粉 半茶匙
薑粉 四茶匙
玉桂粉 兩茶匙
鹽半 茶匙
牛油(室溫) 150 克
雞蛋 一隻
做法:
1)牛油放大碗內用發蛋器撥開
2)把原味曲奇粉,所有香料粉,鹽加入已撥開的牛油內,用攪拌棒把牛油及粉拌勻
3)加入雞蛋一隻,再拌勻,然後用手輕輕將粉團稍微搓埋
4)將混合物倒在即矽膠墊上,再用手搓成粉團
5)將粉團分成兩份,分別放入兩個食用膠袋中,從大粉團取出兩份小粉團,把小粉團放在膠袋的角落裏,然後用木棍把袋中的粉團搓成一薄塊, 封好袋口,然後存放在冰格裏30分鐘至硬身
6)硬身後從冰箱取出,沿著膠袋邊把袋剪開,跟著用薑餅人、聖誕樹或星星曲奇模在餅皮上印出曲奇,然後放在已鋪上焗盤紙的餅盤上,放入已預熱攝氏180度焗爐內焗12~15分鐘便可取出。
* 溫馨提示:餅模先沾上少許麵粉然後印出薑餅,會較容易脫模。
* 如果要用糖霜裝飾,須等薑餅放涼後才可開始裝飾

Gingerbread Man Cookies
Ingredients:
Plain cookie mix - 500g
Butter - 150g (room temperature)
Ginger powder - 4 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 2 tsp
Nutmeg - ½ tsp
Clove powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Egg - 1 whole
Plastic bags or plastic wrap
Methods:
1. In a mixing bowl, add in butter and whip until fluffy.
2. Add in plain cookie mix powder, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, clove powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add in egg and mix well into a dough.
4. Split the dough into 2 pieces and put each into a plastic bag.
5. Fill the two corners of the plastic bag with doughs and flatten the rest with a rolling pin to your desired even thickness. Seal the plastic bag and put it in the freezer and freeze until the dough is hardened about 30 minutes. Repeat the same with the other dough in the plastic bag.
6. Once the dough is hardened, remove plastic bag and shape into pieces with cookie cutter. Dip the cookie cutter into some flour for easy release and prevent stickiness.
7. Bake at 180C (350F) for about 12 – 15 minutes. Serve.

材料
📌 紅椒,青椒,黃椒各一個
📌 車厘茄數粒
📌 急凍龍蝦尾4 - 5隻,視乎氣炸鍋容量。
紅椒,青椒,黃椒醃料
📌 橄欖油少許
📌 黑胡椒少許
📌 鹽少許
龍蝦尾牛油
📌 牛油少許
📌 鹽少許
📌 黑胡椒粉少許
📌 蒜頭少許
做法
1. 紅椒,青椒,黃椒切細件,加入橄欖油,黑胡椒,鹽,之後連同車厘茄放入氣炸鍋用200度焗3分鐘。
2. 龍蝦尾用手將它屈鬆,之後用長匙羹尾端篤入龍蝦尾底部,貼住內殼篤入,用意把龍蝦肉與殼分離。之後再屈鬆龍蝦尾數下。
3. 用剪刀沿著龍蝦尾背部中間剪開殼,剪到最尾一格停,再向左右兩邊打橫剪一剪。
4. 用尖的刀仔篤入龍蝦尾兩邊側邊向入刮一刮,用意令龍蝦肉離開龍蝦殼,之後用手指伸入龍蝦尾底部用力頂龍蝦肉出來,直至到尾段停止。(此時狀態是3/4的龍蝦肉躺在龍蝦尾殼上)之後見到腸部除去,再把龍蝦尾用清水沖乾淨,索乾水份。之後龍蝦尾放在枱上攤開。
5. 碗內放入牛油,黑胡椒粉,鹽,蒜頭碎,撈勻。用匙羹刮一羹牛油塗在龍蝦肉上,直至全部龍蝦肉塗上牛油。
6. 氣炸鍋內的紅椒,黃椒,青椒,車厘茄倒出在碟上,備用。
7. 龍蝦再攤開尾部,逐隻逐隻平放入氣炸鍋內。用200度焗9 - 10分鐘。焗好後後取出,鋪在步驟6的碟上,之後用掃將已溶的牛油掃上在龍蝦肉上,即成。

Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic and Butter and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients:
Frozen Lobster tails
(Defrost and flex it a couple of times on both sides to loosen the meat by holding onto both ends of the lobster tail. Stick a chopstick into the underside and loosen the meat. Cut the upper shell through the center all the way to the tail and cut a vertical slit.
Use a small knife to carefully loosen the meat on both sides of the shell because frozen lobster tail meat tends to stick to the shell.
Slowly wiggle the meat out from the shell with your hand but leave the last part of the meat intact with the tail. Air fry with the shell on will retain its moisture and better presentation. Clean away any debris and pat dry.)
Vegetable Ingredients:
Bell peppers - cut into chunks (green, red, yellow)
Cherry tomatoes
Seasoning Ingredients:
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Butter
Garlic, minced
Methods:
1. In a bowl, add in bell pepper chunks. Spray a bit of olive oil and add salt and black pepper. Mix well. Transfer to air fryer. Add in cherry tomatoes. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes at 200C. After 3 – 4 minutes, transfer to a serving plate and arrange nicely.
2. In a bowl, add in butter, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well. Scoop a spoonful and smear on top of lobster tail meat.
3. Transfer lobster tails to the air fryer. Flatten the tail fins nicely. Cook at 200C for 9 minutes for juicy tender or 10 minutes for chewier texture.
4. Optional to drizzle melted butter on top before serving.

於是在旅途時
我們特別注意森林的樹幹是否曾有森林大火留下來的記號:焦黑的樹幹
果不其然在林間漫步時發現為數不少wildfires 的蹤跡
興奮的我們一直拍照留下書中文字的現實照
當時正是澳洲秋天之際
但燠熱乾燥的風一吹來
我們也相當擔心林間突然來場森林大火
這樣可就糟了
幸好我們很幸運
沒有經歷神奇樹屋的彩虹雨那段😜
默默關心了幾天有關亞馬遜雨林大火後
我想應該讓孩子了解wildfires 是什麼

材料:

8. 蟹蓋,切去白色殼部分,推一推蟹咀,取出蟹膽。
9. 逐件蟹件洗乾淨,擎乾水,放碟上。
烹調:
1. 煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸蟹8分鐘。
3. 完成。
Steam flower crab:
Ingredients:
Flower crab 12 taels
Preparation:
1. Cut away its claws by chopper.
2. Hold its legs, remove its shell.
3. Cut away its gill.
4. Rinse claws of crab.
5. Cut at middle of crab.
6. Take out intestines of crab.
7. Beat the claws of crab by chopper lightly.
8. Crab shell, cut out parts in white colour, remove its intestines.
9. Rinse crab pieces thoroughly. Hang dry. Put on plate.
Steps:
1. Boil up a wok of water.
2. Steam crab at high flame for 8 minutes.
3. Serve.

Korean Beef Short Ribs Soup
Ingredients:
Beef Short Ribs ............1300 g
Radish............................1000 g
Onion.............................2 Pcs
Garlic Cloves.................8 Cloves
Ginger............................ 3 Slices
Leeks .............................2 Stalks
Black Peppercorn ..........1/2 tsp
Korean Glass Noodles..1 Bunch
Korean Soy Sauce.........1 tsp
Korean Fish Sauce........1 tsp
Spring Onion..................1 Stalk
Korean Chili....................1 pcs
Salt...................................Few
Black Pepper Powder......Few
Method:
1. Prepare a bowl of clear water. Put the Beef Short Ribs into it for AN HOUR to clean the ribs
2. Put the cleared Beef Short Ribs into a pot of hot water for 10 MINUTES. Take out, wash and dry with a towel.
3. Prepare and bigger pot. Put the Beef Short Ribs, Radish, Onion, Garlic, Leeks, Black Peppercorn inside. Add water until cover all ingredients.
4. Bring it to boil, put the lid on and turn the heat to MEDIUM LOW HEAT. Cook for AN HOUR and then turn it down to LOW HEAT for ANOTHER HOUR.
5. Take out all ingredients and remove excess oil from the soup.
6. Cut the Radish into smaller pieces.
7. Put the Beef Short Ribs, Radish and Korean Glass Noodles into the soup, Bring it to boil.
8. Finally add the Korean Fish Sauce, Korean Soy Sauce, Spring onion, Korean Chili and Black Pepper Powder to finish. Enjoy!!!

Hi guys, it's been a while since I upload a video. Today is a review and demo of Flower Child Rose Morrocan Red Clay Mask from Vanity Planet. I saw their ad on Instagram and it got me intrigued. I also bought their Spin for Perfect Skin tool set which I hope to review for you later on.
This clay mask claimed to detoxify your skin and remove dead skin and to leave your skin moist and smooth. I dunno about the moist part, but after using this mask I can tell that it really cleansed my skin. I do like the product and will continue using it. However, I don't think I'm hooked to repurchase this item.
Here are some pros and cons:
Pros:
DIY fun.
Customizable
Easy to use
Suitable for all skin types
Vegan and cruelty free
Cons:
Not cheap if it's not on sale.(USD 22)
1 oz of the product probably = 3 to 6 uses.
It can get messy.
It takes time to wash off.
今天這隻影片沒有錄中文版的,感覺應該還蠻好懂的!我想重點就直接用打的吧!第一次試用這種玫瑰面泥,作用是深層清潔毛孔,玫瑰聽起來好像很高級,但看成份知道裡面不是真的有玫瑰精華。只是香料的成份是rosewood,價格因為是50% off想說買來試試看!人老了,最近蠻喜歡買保養品或是深層清潔的商品!
沒有驚豔到天啊我必須回購,只能說是一個我喜歡的商品,我會繼續的想把它用完,但沒有愛到要囤貨。好的地方是這項商品對我乾性又敏感的肌膚而言不會刺激,成份說是純素跟沒有測試在動物上,有特別在意的可以安心使用。
使用上就說它是個蠻好玩的商品,喜歡DIY的可以加入自己喜歡的油或精華!粉末跟水的概念大概是1:1或是依照個人想要的濃稠程度。如果你沒有這方面的概念;放一湯匙的水就對一湯匙的粉,但個人覺得一湯匙太多了,可以試試半湯匙或是1/4開始。我的一湯匙可以用在屁股跟脖子,給你們做參考。這種面泥常使用的都知道蠻深層清潔的,但這項商品在網站上建議大家不要等到面泥全部在臉上乾掉,說是會把臉上的水分都吸走!所以大概等到臉上呈現半乾的狀態就可以洗掉!
影片最後的保養心得, 我真心推薦pixi beauty出的overnight glow serum, 是一個隔天起床皮膚變成baby肌的概念!Bio-Essence的24k gold的系列我非常喜歡,這系列的每個商品我都用過!很少在一個沙漠的環境不需要用到兩個以上的保濕商品在我的蛇皮上...這Boi-essense 24k Bio-Gold Gold Lotion真的一瓶搞定我的蛇皮!之前還沒購買pixi beauty的保養品前,早晚固定都只會用它,皮膚變得很正常沒有像之前這麼乾!最近晚上我都會加入一滴pixi的overnight glow serum...整個讓我的皮膚滑嫩!沒騙!
