Last weekend came full circle for me! It almost marks two years since I’ve been on this journey of self discovery and healing with @supparetreat
.
For every retreat that we’ve organised, comes a new set of challenges. But for every women I got to meet, they remind me of my WHY. Why we do it and why it’s important. They’ve taught me so much about resilience and passion, the power of vulnerability and most of all they make me feel seen. Especially on days when I don’t feel like I am loved, or that I am worthy. But then I hear their voices and I feel their strength, and they remind me that I Am loved, I Am worthy and I Am important.

Thank you for this journey. I also couldn’t have done it without my team @rachealkwacz @hannahpatricialo @imsarahlian and my friend @heyjasmineking who recently celebrated her 30th! To be surrounded by these inspiring and powerful women is such a blessing.

And it just came to me that I recently booked a weekend at @sarang_by_the_brook this Saturday. The place we had our very first retreat together! 😍 What a great way to commemorate these two years of growth.

Introducing Camp Mayhem, a female centric dance workshop.

Our aim is to create a safe space for female and non binary participants to express themselves through dance and movement.
.�To launch Camp Mayhem 2020, we present to you two female artists who have nurtured, lifted and empowered the female & non binary communities through their art.
.�SORAYA LUNDY (US)
.�@solundy works heavily in the dance community in New York and has recently choreographed for Cardi B at the 2019 Grammy Awards.
.�She has also worked with female powerhouses like�Janet Jackson, Missy Elliot, Madonna, JLo, Shakira and more.
.�Creator of @banjitwerkteam, dance group whose mission is to lift each other up and empower each other through movement… driven mostly from shakin’ what their mommas gave ‘em!
.�SELAVAI (AUS)
.�@selavai is the founder of @youthereforeme.
An Artistic Development Program for womxn of the dance industry. Empowering womxn with the tools needed in order to pave their own creative path in the industry.
.�This experience is not sold as individual workshops as we would like for you to experience it as a whole. Also to have a glimpse into Camp Mayhem 2020 and what it is about. Swipe for event rundown.
