Youtiao, You Char Kuay, Chinese Churro, Chinese Breadstick, Chinese Dough Sticks. This famous long golden-brown delicacy is one of the best Singaporean breakfast. It is usally accompanied with Congee or Soy Milk.
However, today's recipe will be an upgrade of this traditional Youtiao by adding a unique blend of pastes and fresh ingredients making it one of the best party snack/finger food!
Our version of Stuffed Youtiao consists of Sotong Paste, Fish Paste as well as Fresh Prawns which is chopped into small chunks.
Also, we made a Sambal Mayonnaise dipping sauce at the side to go with this air fried goodness!
For the Sambal Mayo you just need 3 parts mayo & 2 parts sambal belacan! Super Easy!
