I pan-fried the Chicken Gyoza to achieve a perfect golden brown crisp and a sweet, juicy filling. For the Seafood Shumai, I enjoyed it steamed as it brought out the natural flavours of the seafood, and I liked the light, chewy texture of the Mozuku seaweed!
