My Newest Project: Panas Meal
Many of you who followed me might be familiar with a quote I strongly follow:
Keep the FIRE Burning 🔥
The meaning behind it?
Passion through Challenging times❤️🔥
This BELIEF has help me through a lot in my life - through many personal struggle, break ups, gym moments, conflict, self doubt, self sabotaging, communication issue…etc
Every time I go through a challenge, I’d repeat this quote like a mantra to fire myself up
Because to me: it signifies the inner Strength I know I have, the FIRE within that ALL of us have to keep burning no matter what the External world throws
Burn through the Challenges, Baby 🔥

And so in 2020, when Covid hit the World
I experienced a close friend’s Mother, who almost lost her battle with Covid 🦠
Because of her Health, she had already suffered from Type 2 Diabetes, and when covid hit her, it was a do or die situation. I saw how much damage this did to my friend and his family
They were very lucky, because they had first aid support
But in reality, there were many others who didn’t have this luck
And to be Honest with you, I felt extremely powerless at that time - and it sparked something in me. I knew I had to do something different, but I have no idea what I was gonna do until I got my hands dirty, and I did
And that’s how Panas Meal is born 🔥
@PanasMeal was born, as cliche as it sounds, out of Passion
The mission to SUPPORT people’s Love for Food in Malaysia in a Unique way
Why Food?
Because Malaysia 🇲🇾 is filled with “Happy Food”
Food that we all enjoy, but at the cost of our health
I want @PanasMeal to be a place where you can enjoy FOOD without the expense of losing your health, in-fact, better it
I know I’ve shared so many things in this single post, but truly, I am just a man who strive to do better each and everyday, and I hope you can give my newest venture @panasmeal a follow
Your support means the world to me, and what we’re about to do. And with my mighty biceps, I will bless you, that you won’t be disappointed on the food that I’m about to introduce🔥
@PanasMeal Launching in 3 Days

George W Bush's statement:
Laura and I are anguished by the brutal suffocation of George Floyd and disturbed by the injustice and fear that suffocate our country. Yet we have resisted the urge to speak out, because this is not the time for us to lecture. It is time for us to listen. It is time for America to examine our tragic failures – and as we do, we will also see some of our redeeming strengths.
It remains a shocking failure that many African Americans, especially young African American men, are harassed and threatened in their own country. It is a strength when protesters, protected by responsible law enforcement, march for a better future. This tragedy — in a long series of similar tragedies — raises a long overdue question: How do we end systemic racism in our society? The only way to see ourselves in a true light is to listen to the voices of so many who are hurting and grieving. Those who set out to silence those voices do not understand the meaning of America — or how it becomes a better place.
America’s greatest challenge has long been to unite people of very different backgrounds into a single nation of justice and opportunity. The doctrine and habits of racial superiority, which once nearly split our country, still threaten our Union. The answers to American problems are found by living up to American ideals — to the fundamental truth that all human beings are created equal and endowed by God with certain rights. We have often underestimated how radical that quest really is, and how our cherished principles challenge systems of intended or assumed injustice. The heroes of America — from Frederick Douglass, to Harriet Tubman, to Abraham Lincoln, to Martin Luther King, Jr. — are heroes of unity. Their calling has never been for the fainthearted. They often revealed the nation’s disturbing bigotry and exploitation — stains on our character sometimes difficult for the American majority to examine. We can only see the reality of America’s need by seeing it through the eyes of the threatened, oppressed, and disenfranchised.
That is exactly where we now stand. Many doubt the justice of our country, and with good reason. Black people see the repeated violation of their rights without an urgent and adequate response from American institutions. We know that lasting justice will only come by peaceful means. Looting is not liberation, and destruction is not progress. But we also know that lasting peace in our communities requires truly equal justice. The rule of law ultimately depends on the fairness and legitimacy of the legal system. And achieving justice for all is the duty of all.
This will require a consistent, courageous, and creative effort. We serve our neighbors best when we try to understand their experience. We love our neighbors as ourselves when we treat them as equals, in both protection and compassion. There is a better way — the way of empathy, and shared commitment, and bold action, and a peace rooted in justice. I am confident that together, Americans will choose the better way.

Most of you may already know that I am from Borneo Island, a very special part of the world and I'm super proud of it!
Borneo Island, is the third largest island in the world (just after Greenland and Papua) and is an island that is shared between 3 countries, Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) and Indonesia (Kalimantan), and Brunei, tapi kita satu rumpun ya? 😊
Borneo's rainforest is also one of the oldest rainforest in the world, about 140 million years old, meaning it is rich with so many rare habitats, endangered animals and many more resources, which also means that we too go through a lot of challenges in sustaining all the things that make it beautiful.
Everytime I get to come back to my motherland, and am able to be in the forest and be reminded how small us humans really are, as I look at the gigantic work of beauty Mother Nature has created for us, I can't help but see even more so how fickle us humans are... Humans are the same people who aim to destroy and gain, but humans are also ones who try to protect and sustain our Mother Earth.
Having lived in big cities for most of my young adult and adult life, I am truly grateful to have a place like Borneo to check in to, everytime I need me a reality check and to recalibrate my bearings so I can navigate through life itself.
Have you reconnected with Nature recently?
If you haven't, please do, whether it be around a body of water, lakes, rivers or beaches, or just simply taking a stroll or a hike and look up, and keep your phones aside... Notice little things, notice what a miracle it is that we're all living on this big ball of gas that's floating in space, and this is the only home we will ever know, and all it does is give and give, and how sometimes all we do is take and take.
The Earth isn't a credit card... We all pay for it somehow.
As individuals, all we need to do is start by doing the little things we can to make ourselves feel good and better about taking care of this home of ours.
I love you all, and Mother Nature loves us all too. And she reminds us of it everyday, with just giving. And sometimes she 'leaves' little reminders... Haha. ;) Much 💚,
Zee
