Truffle and salted egg shrimp shumai from Daddy Do Kitchen are some dimsum with serious quality. The shrimp fillings is coarsely chopped and really decent, while the truffle aroma is nice, and salted egg topping is quite lush and not too salty. Definitely not your average shumai, worthy of trying and waiting (the queue for these shumais usually fills up at least 1 week in advance)
