I must admit was m-i-a from social media for awhile and I do enjoy it- being in the moment, just one set back that my messages were delayed 🙏🏻 but it was a space I needed, to explore, recharge and reposition.

Living purposefully, and to be mindful in postings, making good use of my time, connecting with like-minded people and enjoying what matters to me too!

This year has been a year of PROGRESS, learning about myself, expanding my knowledge in nutritional medicine, upgrading my vlogging skills, joined the ABC cooking family, travelled to a few countries for the first time (Bali, Vietnam & India), received sugar gliders as a gift and so much more~

There are many occasions, opportunities and people to be thankful for and I’m grateful for each person who has been there with me!

Personally I don’t think I’ve achieve enough, and hope to do more by managing my priorities and time, paying more attention to my well-being too~

Goodbye 2019, thank you for the lessons and memories~
Let go of what’s gone, be grateful for what’s remain and look forward to what’s coming... #therefore ... Be prepared to receive what you’ve been waiting for~

2019 Aug 9th-17th - My first time in India, my first Ayurveda treatment and my first time staying at Bethsaida Hermitage Health Resort. My aim of this trip was to experience the resort's 7-days Ayurveda Rejuvenation Wellness Package which was recommended by my bestie. I must say it was a wonderful and relaxing treatment! I would definitely plan another trip there to relax and rejuvenate.

I'm a city girl and constantly being busy, so it was way too relax for me at first, but I managed to adapt and enjoy every moment of this getaway. All I did was wake up 6:30am in the morning for yoga, had breakfast, went for my 1 and half hour massage treatment, read a book and relaxed at the premise. There are plenty of things to do at the resort, like medicare, pedicure, exercise in the gym, watch some movies in the theatre, take an afternoon nap, swimming, walk by the beach- you can't swim there in August as it is the monsoon season.

Overall, I love the relaxing treatments, healthy food prepared by their chefs wit I would love to visit this place again!
