Enjoy delicious, restaurant-grade food without the hassle of spending hours in the kitchen prepping and cooking up a storm. The Hainan Story 海南寶 has just launched their ready to eat Hainanese meals that are bound to delight and evoke nostalgia on the dinner table.
We received their products below and we just had their Chilli Crabmeat and Cigar Mantou as well as Hainanese Yibua for tea. Super yummy! We can’t wait to try the rest.

5. Hainanese Curry Stewed Vegetables with Iberico Pork Belly (2-3 pax)
6. Hainanese White Braised Duck (for 2-3 pax)
These ready-to-eat packs are best kept frozen or chilled. Just thaw them and follow their simple, step-by-step instructions to cook, boil, or steam, before enjoying them.
What’s more, these creations are by the award-winning Chef Austen Ong who kicked off his cooking career as a 13-year-old apprentice of the legendary Chef Tham Mui Kai, aka one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Chinese cooking.
On 28 September 2021, Hainanese food lovers get to join The Hainan Story’s Market Place via their Facebook live on 8pm to grab some ready to eat meals.

🥖 Banh Mi is a delicious Vietnamese dish with a French influence. It was my go to meal when I was broke in Melbourne. It is a baguette sandwich layered with marinated protein, pate and pickled veggie, greens, and Viet mayo. The one with grilled pork from @cochungvietnam is such an explosion of flavors and textures, it feel like you’re transported to the streets of Vietnam.
