Always excited to find new places to eat in Sheung Wan and here might be my new favourite! Chachawan is located on Hollywood Road. The interior is a true convergence of East and West. I ordered Nahm Dtok Nuer (HKD148)–spicy grilled wagyu beef salad. The beef was perfectly tender and the flavour was strong with shallots, coriander, and mint but not overwhelming. It's refreshing, slightly acidic and spicy! I highly recommend their Khao Pad (HKD158), it came with lots of crab meat, egg, and spring onions. The spice level was great with a punch of flavour! EXCELLENT! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤤The huge chicken thigh skewers (HKD158) marinated for 24hours in garlic, pepper, coriander! It was juicy and flavorful! I will order this over and over again!

Puteri Gunung Ledang is NOW STREAMING ON NETFLIX😍😍😍

It’s so heartwarming to see how, 16 years later, people are still excited to watch Puteri Gunung Ledang again. From the reactions on social media, it feels like Malaysian movie fans are genuinely so proud to finally be able to see "their" Puteri on @netflixmy. This is the 115-minute "Producer's Cut" which may feel slightly different from the original Theatrical Cut.

Alhamdulillah, I’m so glad that Puteri Gunung Ledang will now be able to reach new audiences all over South-east Asia; that’s how legends stay alive, and that was the dream. I especially hope younger audiences will get to discover the magic of PGL, it’s something none of us can describe. For those of you who will be re-experiencing it after 16 years, welcome back… and ENJOY THE MEMORIES! 💜💜💜

Từ đó ta rút ra được công thức nói về dân số như sau:

👉👉Cấu trúc 2 – Các tuyến đường
Giả sử chúng ta muốn nói tuyến đường bộ chạy xuyên thành phố từ Bắc vào Nam, ta sẽ có những cách nói sau:
▪️The main road runs through the entire city from North to South.
▪️run through = pass through// go through// cross
▪️(Lưu ý: “cross” không đi với “through”).

Vậy chúng ta có công thức:
▪️Tuyến đường + run through// pass through// go through// cross + địa điểm + hướng

👉👉Cấu trúc 3 – Vị trí
Từ vựng chỉ vị trí
▪️east/ west/ south/ north: đông/ tây/ nam/ bắc
▪️left/ right/ top/ bottom/ middle/ centre: trái/ phải/ trên/ dưới/ giữa/ trung tâm
▪️to be situated/ located/ positioned: nằm ở …

Ví dụ:
▪️The primary school is located to the north of the river.
▪️The shop is situated in the centre of the city.

👉👉Cấu trúc 4 – Chiều dài
Ví dụ, khi chúng ta muốn nói hòn đảo nào đó dài khoảng 250 km, ta sẽ có những cách nói sau:
▪️The island has a length of about 250 km.
▪️The island‘s total length is about 250 km.
▪️The island is about 250 km long.

Vậy chúng ta sẽ có công thức:
▪️Nơi nào đó + has a length of + chiều dài
▪️Nơi nào đó’s total length is + chiều dài
▪️Nơi nào đó + is + chiều dài + long

👉👉Cấu trúc 5 – sự thay đổi

A – GIỮ NGUYÊN
Ví dụ: Nếu qua thời gian, một nơi nào đó không có sự thay đổi gì, nó giữ nguyên trạng như ban đầu, ta sẽ có công thức:
▪️Nơi nào đó + remain unchanged// still stood as it did in + năm
Ví dụ:
▪️From 1980 to 2000, the school remained unchanged.
▪️The hospital still stood as it did in 1990.

B – MỞ RỘNG/ KÉO DÀI

Mở rộng:

Kéo dài:

Ví dụ:

C – THU HẸP/ RÚT NGẮN

Thu hẹp
▪️Nơi nào đó + to be + narrowed
▪️Nơi nào đó + become smaller
Ví dụ:
▪️The shopping mall was dramatically narrowed over the period of 5 years.

Rút ngắn
▪️Nơi nào đó + to be + shortened
Ví dụ:

D – DI CHUYỂN

Biến mất:

我花了10個月時間實現新西蘭南北島自駕大縱走，超過32000公里的旅程
Hello everyone, I am Yap Hui Phong from Malaysia.
In 2020, I filmed a video by studying abroad in New Zealand.
In order to complete these works, I recorded the most primitive and pure nature of New Zealand.
It took me 10 months to realize a self-driving trip across the North and South Islands of New Zealand. The total mileage exceeds 32,000 kilometers.

從北島的塔拉那基山，到南阿爾卑斯山的最高峰庫克山
從東海岸廣袤無垠的坎特伯雷平原，到西海岸郁郁蔥蔥的冰川雨林
我背著30公斤的器材上到高山之巔等待日出的到來

我迷戀於波瀾壯闊的太平洋，也驚嘆世界上最大的星空保護區下的萬點繁星
我曾在38℃的炎熱高溫下熱淚盈眶，也在-12℃的刺骨寒風中瑟瑟发抖
From Mount Taranaki on the North Island to Mount Cook, the highest peak of the Southern Alps.
From the vast Canterbury Plain on the east coast to the lush and glacier rainforest on the west coast.
I carried 30 kilograms of equipment to the top of the mountains to wait for the sunrise.
Staying at the same place for a few days, just to wait for the moment when the sunset and the lonely bird fly together.
I am obsessed with the magnificent Pacific Ocean. And also marvel at the view of stars under the world's largest International Dark Sky Reserve.
I used to have tears in my eyes under the hot temperature of 38℃, and also shivered in the freezing wind of -12℃.

奔山赴海，只為心中的熱愛
無所畏懼，只因那不屈的執念
忘了有多少個夜晚，我癡癡地守候在三腳架前，等著將滿眼的星河燦爛一點點寫入相機裡
拍攝照片超過20萬張，不斷購買硬碟用以儲存檔案，經過1000多個小時的後期制作，最終精簡成這12TB的素材
也忘了有多少個夜晚，我伏案電腦前，一次次調整修改照片的每一個細節，常常不知不覺中发現窗外天色已微亮
I can go over the mountain and across the sea, just because I love and enjoying in filming.
I am fearless, just because of the unyielding obsession.
Forgot how many nights there were. I was waiting in front of the tripod to write the entire galaxy into the camera bit by bit.
I keep buying hard drives to store the files. I have took more than 200,000 photos and post-production more than 1,000 hours.
Finally reduced to this 12TB material.
I also forgot how many nights there were. I seat in front of my computer adjusting every details of the photo again and again. And often unconsciously find that the sky outside the window is slightly bright.

我再一次申請延長留在新西蘭的簽證，守候蒂卡波湖畔半個月，只為捕捉到魯冰花盛開的那一刻
為了捕捉螢火蟲的美，我深入與世隔絕的深山洞穴，雙腳浸泡在溪流中三天才拍出想要的畫面，在這三天里都與螢火蟲為伴
In order to be able to capture the Lupins which represent the spring of New Zealand, and also to film the complete four seasons of New Zealand.
I applied for an extension of my visa once again to stay in New Zealand. And waiting by the Lake Tekapo for half a month, just to capture the moment when the Lupins bloom.
In order to capture the beauty of Glowworm, I went deep into the cave in the isolated mountain. My feet were soaked in the stream for three days before I took the picture I wanted.

Fortunately, the film also successfully won the first place in the 8KRAW photography contest.
In the competitions held by the best teams in the world, I was lucky to have won the coveted award.
I also want to thank Director Wen-yuan, Lu of HD.CLUB CO., LTD for supporting my plan.
With the support of HD.CLUB CO., LTD, my equipment and technology have been greatly upgraded to produce high-standard works.
This also makes me more determined to pursue what I love and continue to work hard on my dreams and creations.

Well, if you notice from the title date of this vlog, this video has been very delayed! But, I finally got part 1 of out Phuket Vlog up and more to come.

Thailand has been on my travel wishlist for a while so was my first time in Phuket travelling on holiday with an amazing bunch of people who made the trip all the more fun. We'd been talking about doing a trip together for so long and finally everyone's schedules came together to be able to make it happen.

Day starts in the morning en route to my friends house to pick him up to head over to the airport for our flight to Phuket. The lovely mother very kindly driving me for the first lift off of the holiday. Was feeling slightly pressed for time but, it came together in the end.

Pick up Irza and we head straight to the airport to find the rest of our friends. Sat down to have breakfast because none of us had really eaten, then in a flash of time we realised that we were so late to reach the terminal.

Had to get up and sprint across the airport as fast as possible to try and reach the gate to ask them to wait for us. I was in the lead sprinting as fast as possible because I had the least bags, and finally made it to the gate only to find that we weren't late. haha

We also bumped into our friend Nick at the gate who was supposed to have been on an earlier flight. Very pleasant surprise. And then an hour and a half after take off, WE ARRIVED IN PHUKET.

Had to hang around the airport to wait for the other half of the group who were arriving from Singapore. Right after that we headed for our gorgeous Villa.

Took us about an hour to get from the airport to Nai Harn where the Villa was located, but thankfully the Air BnB organised the van for us. So it was pretty straight forward.

Finally got to the Villa and it was so stunning. But leaving that for the next vlog!
