Estimated for 1/2 kg noodles
Blend:
BIG BWG 2 pieces
White BWG 2 review
Dry Pepper 10 stalk (reduce it if you don't want to be spicy)
Dried Shrimp 2 Packet (that is Rm1. 50)
Other materials:
Yellow Noodles 1/2 kg
A handful of peanuts (Fried & mashed)
Wheat Flour 2 Spoon Mix with water so it will melt
Aji salt sugar
Shrimp Squid Meat (according to the likes)
Vegetables (Mustard, carrot, know)
Soup leaves
Fried bwg
Eggs
Stir-Fry Ingredients Blend, put sugar.. Stir-fry until the myk breaks
Entering Meat & kcg soil
Getting in the water in 1 JUG
Already boiling into the mix flour just now
Enter all seafood
Entering vegetables, soup leaves & fried bwg
Last Salt Aji / delicious taste
Don't break your eggs, don't break it..
Entering the noodles that have been washed
* Noodles can also be deep first then serve in the bowl & gravy that is hot
* the flour is to milk the gravy, used to use corn flour.. But there is rarely corn flour at home so it can use wheat flour

【材料】
・オリーブオイル 大さじ1
・にんにく 1かけ
・ワタリガニ 1杯
・クズ野菜 あれば
・水 1リットル
・オリーブオイル 大さじ1
・スルメイカ 1杯
・マッシュルーム 5~6個
・生米 225g
・塩 ひとつまみ~ふたつまみ
・バター 10g
・パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ(粉チーズ) 適量
・イタリアンパセリ 適量
・黒胡椒 適量
【準備】
・にんにく、マッシュルームをスライスする
・渡り蟹の足を取って殻を開き、エラを取ってふんどし・関節周りを中心に綺麗に掃除する
・スルメイカをさばいて食べやすい大きさにカットする(カット済みがお手軽)
【作り方】
1. 【渡り蟹とにんにくのスープ】鍋にオリーブオイル大さじ1・スライスしたにんにくを入れて弱火にかける
2. じっくりにんにくの香りを引き出し、軽く色づいたら渡り蟹・クズ野菜を入れて炒める
3. 蟹の表面の色が変わったら水1Lを入れて中火にし、沸騰したら弱火に戻し20分ほど煮る(温かいまま待機)
4. 【リゾット本調理】フライパンにオリーブオイル大さじ1を熱し、スルメイカを炒める
5. 火が通ったらかたくならないようにいったん取り出しておく(細かい足などはそのままでOK)
6. スライスしたマッシュルームを加えて塩ひとつまみくらいを振り、生米225gも入れて米が軽く透き通るまで炒める
7. 渡り蟹とにんにくのスープのうち半分くらいを加え、塩ひとつまみを足して15~20分、米が柔らかくなるまで加熱する
8. かさが減ってきたらスープを足しながら、米の芯が若っっっ干残るくらいになったら出来上がりのタイミング
9. 出来上がる少し前にバター10g・粉チーズ適量を加えて溶かし混ぜ、イカも戻して混ぜる
10. イタリアンパセリの半量を混ぜて、最終的な味を塩で調整する
11. お皿に盛って残りのイタリアンパセリ・粉チーズ・黒胡椒をかけて出来上がり(殻を飾っても○)

1.[Blue crab and garlic soup] Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the sliced garlic in a pot and cook it on low-heat.
2.Slowly bring out the scent of the garlic. When it lightly browns, add the blue crab and the shavings and stir-fry it.
3.When the color of the surface of the crab changes, add 1L of water and turn it to medium-heat. When it boils, turn it back to low-heat and simmer it for around 20 minutes (Wait while it is warm.).
4.[Risotto cooked] Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the squid.

7.Add half of the crab and garlic soup, add a pinch of salt and heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the rice softens.
8.Add the soup when the volume decreases. When the core of the rice becomes young and dry, it is done.
9.Add 10 g of butter and a suitable amount of grated cheese just before it finishes cooking. Melt and mix it then put the squid back in and mix it.
10.Mix half of the Italian parsley and adjust the final taste with salt.
11.Plate it and top it with the remaining Italian parsley, grated cheese and black pepper and it will be complete (You can also decorate it with the shell.).

Resepi Sotong Goreng Kunyit
Bahan-bahan
• 250gram sotong (dipotong)
• 1 biji bawang Holland/besar (potong bulat)
• 3 ulas bawang putih (hiris)
• 1 biji cili besar (hiris)
• 2 sb serbuk kunyit
• 3 sudu besar sos tiram
• 1 Sudu teh serbuk perasa ayam
• Minyak masak
*Boleh juga ditambah sayuran seperti kacang panjang, lobak merah dan bunga kobis.
Cara menyediakan dan memasak:
1. Gaulkan sotong serbuk kunyit ,sos tiram,garam dan peram antara setengah jam.
2. Panaskan minyak dan goreng sotong sehingga garing. Ketepikan sotong tadi sebelah dan masukkan bawang besar,bawang putih dan cili sehingga naik bau .
3. Masukkan sotong dan serbuk perasa ayam. Gaul. Siap untuk dihidangkan

Turmeric-Squid Stir Fry
Ingredient
250gram squid (cut)
1 holland onion (slice into ring shape)
3 cloves of garlics (sliced)
1 big chilli (sliced)
2 tbsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chicken seasoning powder
cooking oil
*can add on vegetables like long beans, carrots and cauliflower.
Cooking methods:
1. Mix the squid with turmeric powder, oyster sauce, salt and marinate for about half an hour.
2. Heat the cooking oil and fry the squid until crisp. Put aside the squid and saute the onion, garlics and chilli until fragrant.
3. Pour in the squid along with chicken seasoning powder. Mix evenly. Ready to serve.
