❤️ WHAT IS @STRALAYOGA? "Strala" is a Swedish word which means 🕯 to radiate light 🕯 Strala Yoga is a form of yoga and a way of being. It the birthchild of @tarastiles and Mike Taylor from New York and is similar to a Vinyasa Flow in which movements are strung together like a dance choreography, designed to clear the body and mind. This allows students to discover best practices that are suitable for their journey on the yoga mat.
