【世界第二大狂歡節//就在諾丁丘】
真沒想到歐洲第一大狂歡節就在家門口～

諾丁丘狂歡節從1966年由種族移民問題開始的遊行，到今天成為倫敦文化日曆上重要的一頁，2017年預計有250萬人上街頭PARTAYYY明天壓軸最後一天！

老實說我本來想說不就是個遊行，後來才知道原來規模僅次巴西狂歡節，是世界第二大！而且就在家旁邊錯過太說不過去了。

真的還好有去湊熱鬧，氣氛好嗨～加勒比海人跳舞就是迷人奔放，從小就好會跳舞❤️

實用訊息：
1️⃣👙穿不怕弄髒的衣服，因為有人會帶彩色粉和潑灑顏料助興，能夠一起加入會更好玩！
2️⃣🚇注意地鐵特殊活動時間和限制，建議搭到Royal Oak或Paddington地鐵站後步行去
3️⃣🌭街頭有很多賣吃的，不怕餓肚子
4️⃣🌞倫敦難得的萬里無雲，記得補充水分（尤其禮拜一居然要飆到26度！）
5️⃣🚽路邊有店家和住家趁機賺點小錢提供廁所，準備好零錢不怕沒地方方便

【The world’s second largest carnival//NOTTING HILL CARNIVAL】

I thought it's just another parade, boy how wrong was I. Notting Hill Carnival is Europe’s largest street carnival (and the second largest in the world) attracting 2.5million partygoers this long weekend!

Useful information：
1️⃣👙Wear something that you don't mind being sprayed painted on or thrown colour powder at. This is a colourful event so it would be a lot more fun if you don't have to worry about getting your clothes dirty.
2️⃣🚇Look up the special tube closure stops and time for the weekend. Your best bet is catching the tube to Paddington or Royal Oak and then walk to Notting Hill.
3️⃣🌭Lots of food vendors on the streets, you won't go hungry.
4️⃣🌞Can you believe London is going to get as hot as 26C on Monday? Stay hydrated!
5️⃣🚽Savvy Notting Hill residents and bars open up their toilets for a small fee, so keep a few gold coins in your pocket.

Carlos把我抬起来，大家开始把我像传火炬般的在头顶上一个传一个。当时候是漆黑一片，我一直握着Carlos的手。有人敲破了出口处旁的一户窗口，我通过那一户窗被往外推拉，逃出建筑物时全身的衣服都在大家的拉扯中被扯光了。

当我回过头一看，整座建筑物意境陷入了一片火海。那晚，20多人在火海中丧命。Carlos是其中一个。”

“I came out at the age of twenty. I was trying to understand myself. It was a discovery time. I was thin and flexible. I loved to dance. I started performing in a trans show at a gay club. Carlos lifted me up on top of the crowd, and people began passing me forward. It was completely dark. I held Carlos’s hand for as long as possible. Someone broke a window and I got pulled into the street. I was completely naked because so many people had been grabbing my clothes. When I finally turned around, I saw the whole club engulfed in flames. Over twenty people died that night. Carlos was one of them.”

TIPS :
#1 Clasp hands when you’re crossing a street or walking through a crowd. Wrap your arms around your lover when you’re standing close to each other, and don’t keep more than a feet’s distance between each other unless you have no choice!
