[Bangkok, Thailand] One of Bang Rak’s best Halal Cuisine
If you are roaming near Central Post Office and feeling hungry, we suggest you to go to “Jiw Chicken Biryani.”
This street food stall has been serving its delicious halal food more than 60 years. The house uses family recipe that makes its chicken biryani different from others. A scoop of fragrant rice is put on a plate and topped with chicken. Served with dipping sauce, cucumber relish.
The rice has spice aroma, fluffy and moist which can go well with the marinated chicken and sweet and sour dipping sauce.
The stall is always busy as soon as it opens, just make sure you get there before 11.00 a.m. otherwise it will be sold out.

RESEPI NASI ARAB POWER!!!!
Bahan untuk nasi:
2 1/2 cawan beras basmathi ~ cuci dan rendam 1/2 jam
4 cawan air rebusan ayam ~ sukatan air ikut beras masing2
garam secukup rasa
2 sb minyak sapi
pewarna kuning dan oren
Bahan yg disangai dan dikisar kering:
1/2 sm jintan manis
1/2 sm jintan putih
1/2 sm bunga cengkih
1/2 sm lada hitam
1/2 sm biji ketumbar
1/2 sm buah pelaga
Bahan untuk ditumis:
1 biji bawang besar ~ dihiris halus
3 ulas bawang putih ~ dihiris halus
buah pelaga
kayu manis
bunga lawang
Caranya:
1. Panaskan minyak sapi dalam kuali, masukkan bahan tumis. Tumis hingga kekuningan.
2. Masukkan bahan yg dikisar, gaul sebati.
3. Masukkan beras yg telah ditoskan, goreng sekejap hingga sebati.
4. Masukkan dalam rice cooker, masuk air rebusan ayam, garam dan masak seperti biasa.
5. Bila dah kering, letak pewarna di atas nasi, jangan dikacau, nanti nasi hancur.
6. Bila nak dihidangkan, baru gaul nasi, biar bercampur warna.
Resepi Ayam:
( saya settlekan yg ni dulu, perap....kemudian baru masak nasi)
1 ekor ayam ~ saya belah 4, dikelar2 bahagian dada kemudian direbus untuk mendapatkan stok ayam.
garam dan gula secukupnya
Bahan dikisar:
3 in halia
2 biji kunyit hidup ~ guna yg serbuk pun ok
1 sm jintan manis
1 sm jintan putih
2 sm ketumbar
1 sm buah pelaga
1 biji bawang besar
6 ulas bawang putih
Caranya:
1. Gaul rata bahan dikisar pada ayam. Masukkan garam dan gula. Perap selama 2 - 3 jam ~ lagi lama lagi bagus.
2. Panggang atau bakar ayam hingga masak.
Resepi Salad:
1 - 2 biji tomato *
1 batang mentimun*
1 batang lobak merah*
1 biji bawang besar* ~ * didadu
lada hijau dihiris
garam, gula dan cuka secukupnya
( campur semua bahan, perasakan masin, manis dan masam secukupnya)
Air Asam:
3 biji cili merah
5 biji cili api
1 b
1 biji buah tomato
1 biji bawang besar
sedikit belacan
garam dan gula
jus limau nipis @ air asam jawa
sedikit air masak ~ untuk mesin bahan

POWER ARAB RICE RECIPE!!!!
Materials for rice:
2 1/2 cups of basmathi rice ~ wash and soak for 1/2 hours
4 cups of chicken boiled water ~ water measure according to each rice
salt is enough to taste
2 sb of cow oil
yellow and orange dye
Ingredients that are made and dryly blended:
1/2 with sweet cumin
1/2 cm white cumin
1/2 cm cloves flower
1/2 cm black pepper
1/2 cm of cilantro
1/2 cm cardamom
Materials to saute:
1 large onions ~ finely sliced
3 review of garlic ~ finely sliced
Cardamom fruit
cinnamon
Lawang flower
The way:
1. Heat up the cow oil in the pan, insert stir-fry ingredients. Stir-fry to the brass.
2. Insert ingredients that are ground, mix it well.
3. Insert rice that has been posted, fry it for a while until it's mixed.
4. Put it in the rice cooker, enter chicken boil water, salt and cook as usual.
5. When it's dry, put the dye on the rice, don't disturb, the rice will be crushed.
6. When you want to be served, then you'll mix rice, let it be mixed with colors.
Chicken Recipe:
(I settled this first, marinated.... then I'll cook rice)

Sweet & Sour Prawns 酸甜虾球
Ingredients:
Serves 4 - 6 pax

350g (12.35oz) prawns/shrimp (deshelled & deveined)
0.5 teaspoon salt
A few dashes white pepper
1 egg white
3 tablespoons cornflour
Some cornflour (to coat the seasoned prawns/shrimp)
1 bell pepper (cut into chunks) (you can use any colour)
0.5 yellow onion (cut into chunks)
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce (optional)
0.5 cup (125ml/4.2 fl oz) water
2 teaspoons sugar (can increase slightly if you like it sweeter)
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white vinegar (can increase to 2 tablespoons if you like it more sourish)
Some cornstarch solution
1/2 cucumber (cut into chunks)

How to Make Chicken Nanban
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 chicken thigh or breast with no skin (about 1.2lb)
Tartar Sauce
* 2 chopped boiled eggs
* 1/8(0.8oz) chopped onion
* 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
* 1 tbsp. milk
* 1 tsp. lemon juice
* salt and pepper
* parsley flakes
Batter
* flour
* 1 egg
Nanban Sauce
* 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
* 2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. sugar
deep frying oil
lettuce
tomato wedges
cucumber slices
Directions:
1. Mix Tartar sauce ingredients put in the fridge if you prefer it cold.
2. Chicken breast, make incision in the center and open it up being careful not to cut through. Season with salt and pepper and dust with flour.
3. Put 1/2 inch oil in a frying pan. Dip the chicken in beaten egg. Deep fry in oil on medium for 5 minutes. Flip the chicken over then deep fry on high for 3 minutes until crisp golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain well.
4. Clean the frying pan, place the ingredients for Nanban sauce and bring to a boil. Coat the fried chicken in the sauce.
5. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Place the chicken on lettuce, garnish with tomato and cucumber, drizzle with leftover Nanban Sauce, then drizzle with tartar sauce to finish.
