[What I eat on a Saturday!!? 我週六吃什麼？] Delts training and no cardio. Have started to go crazy lately about dieting. Time is f running out. Getting stressed. Knowing I have to stay calm, get back on track and finish this thing. This is what I chose to do so no falling back. #stayconfident i'm always a believer 👍🏻

Breakfast (& pre-workout): beef tendon, shrimp, little bit of egg, enoki mushroom and spinach with brown rice

Small treat & post-workout: iced americano from a nice coffee shop + pistachio. Had achim original flavoured instant chicken breast after gym

Dinner: very small portion of brown rice, instant airfried cod fillet, choy sum. Not full so added konjac noodles with the instant beef tenderloin + some kimchi with very low sugar content..... didnt count as that were a trace amount only (though i think i should :()

Sweet treats before bed: small oatcake for myself with rolled oats + pb + unsweetened almond milk + baking powder (recipe see story highlight), top with pb & pistachio butter from @nuttie.b + 0kcal maple syrup + unfinished pistachio nuts in the afternoon - match with hot green tea

Let’s take a look at my new tapes for today.😆
We have three new designs here:
stationery/ postage/ coffee.
3cm wide, 10m long, 50cm per cycle,
UV printing matte PET tape.
Some might ask why keep the white ink on the magnifying glass?
I always want them to have more flexibilities,
By keeping the white ink underneath it allowed users to add things on it without overcomplicated looks,
same as when stamping on it.
You can cut it off if you want.
It doesn’t fits me if I set it as semi-translucent at the beginning.
A little bit personal preference.😅
Of course I made a few samples,
Will post it later.🙌🏻
We already have washi die-cut stickers so I only produced PET tapes with these designs.

今天先看一下我們這次新的膠帶😆
這次有三款：
文具/ 咖啡/ 郵政
3cm寬，總長10m，50cm一循環，
UV印刷霧面PET膠帶。
有些人可能會想問為什麼放大鏡的白墨都留著呢？
我個人的原則是保留越多應用性越好，
有白墨底能夠讓使用者在往上加東西的時候不會看起來太複雜而凸顯主題，
當然也可以蓋章在這上面，
或是把白墨的部分切掉也行。
一開始就設定半透對我來說反而不是那麼好運用，
一點點個人偏好的方向嘍😅
當然也為了這個部分做了比較，
過兩天準備好就來分享🙌🏻
這次我們已經有和紙軋型貼紙，
膠帶就只做了PET的材質。

The thought of taking my children solo on holiday used to make me so sad and scared. After a beautiful day at the seaside, I am no longer afraid. I know when the world opens up again, the kids and I will have a blast visiting different places and continue to make beautiful memories.

Hello, just a little video to show how is the dabaoing going on during the Phase 2 Heightened Alert period where we cannot dine-in in Singapore. =( Dabao means taking away food or packing food. Really missing dining in but guess some things just have to be done. Hopefully this will pass and we can return to our slightly more normal days soon.

This was such a special day for me. It was the day I returned to laugh at the very place I cried the most. I changed my narrative.
