參加咗The Drinks Business 同Master of Wine Michael Palij 係Operetta嘅意大利wine dinner, 試咗10款Vino Veritas嘅意大利酒配意大利美食！有好多意大利提子品種我都冇試過，包括Minutolo（白酒帶花香、果香、清爽）、Timorasso ( 白酒帶花香、礦物、creamy同帶西柚）及Susumaniello (紅酒帶黑梅、烤烘及甜香料）等，很有趣的一夜！再食Operetta都一樣好味，pasta夠Al Dente, 和牛好好食，邊食邊學好滿足！
Joined The Drinks Business x Master of Wine Michael Palij "Around Italy in 180 minutes", tried 10 different Italian wines by Vino Veritas to pair with wonderful Italian cuisine by Operetta! There r too many Italian indigenous grapes and it's great to try some varieties that I never tried b4, including Minutolo (white grape w floral, fruit & crispy notes), Timorasso (white grape w floral, mineral, creamy & grapefruit notes) & Susumaniello (blackgrape w blackberries, black plum, toasty & sweet spices notes), they r all very special & interesting! The food at Operetta is still v good with al dente pasta & yummy wagyu flap meat! So satisfied to enjoy great food & wine while learning more from MW!
